【摘要】：企業(yè)人力資源信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)正在成為人力資源管理一個(gè)日益重要的環(huán)節(jié)。然而,由于各種客觀原因,在企業(yè)集團(tuán)層面人力資源信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)中,面臨各種困難和挑戰(zhàn)。本文從企業(yè)集團(tuán)人力資源信息系統(tǒng)成效和不足入手,對(duì)全面推進(jìn)人力資源系統(tǒng)建設(shè)的對(duì)策和措施等方面提出建議。
[Abstract]:The construction of enterprise human resource information system is becoming an increasingly important link in human resource management. However, due to various objective reasons, the construction of human resource information system at the enterprise group level faces various difficulties and challenges. Starting with the effectiveness and deficiency of enterprise group human resource information system, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to promote the construction of human resource system in an all-round way.
