京津冀職業(yè)教育合作:動因、模式與路徑

【摘要】:職業(yè)教育與社會經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的關(guān)系密切,職業(yè)教育合作是實施京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的重要基礎(chǔ)和應(yīng)有之義。文章在闡釋京津冀職業(yè)教育合作的主要內(nèi)涵、核心特征及預(yù)期目標(biāo)的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了京津冀職業(yè)教育合作的內(nèi)外動因,并基于國內(nèi)外已有實踐,提出了分段式合作、集團(tuán)化合作、聯(lián)盟式合作、園區(qū)式合作、多主體合作等實踐模式,以及明確合作主體、完善合作制度、優(yōu)化合作環(huán)境、強(qiáng)化合作動力、提升合作效率等具體路徑。
[Abstract]:The relationship between vocational education and social and economic development is close. The cooperation of vocational education is the important foundation and meaning of implementing the strategy of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei coordinated development. On the basis of explaining the main connotation, core characteristics and expected goals of the cooperation in vocational education between Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, this paper analyzes the internal and external causes of the cooperation, and puts forward the segmental cooperation based on the existing practice at home and abroad. Such practical modes as collectivization cooperation, alliance cooperation, park cooperation, multi-subject cooperation, etc., and the specific ways to clarify the cooperative subject, perfect the cooperative system, optimize the cooperative environment, strengthen the cooperative motive force, and enhance the cooperation efficiency.
