【摘要】：作為人力資源存在和發(fā)展的多維空間載體,人力資源生態(tài)系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)演變?yōu)閰^(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)工具。人力資源生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的準(zhǔn)確測(cè)量和評(píng)價(jià)是區(qū)域人力資源戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃的基礎(chǔ)和依據(jù)。本文以遼寧省區(qū)域城市為樣本,以2013年遼寧省統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒中數(shù)據(jù)為依據(jù),通過實(shí)證分析和生態(tài)位參數(shù)的引入表征遼寧省區(qū)域城市人力資源生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)關(guān)系。研究結(jié)果表明:應(yīng)該以區(qū)域合作代替競(jìng)爭(zhēng),避免生態(tài)位重疊造成的效率低下和過度競(jìng)爭(zhēng);以區(qū)域城市間的共生關(guān)系發(fā)揮集群優(yōu)勢(shì),增強(qiáng)區(qū)域人力資源生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力;找準(zhǔn)生態(tài)位位,擺脫生態(tài)位短板的制約;"態(tài)"與"勢(shì)"的協(xié)同進(jìn)化和平衡發(fā)展,提高人力資源生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展?jié)摿统休d能力。
[Abstract]:As a multidimensional spatial carrier of human resource existence and development, human resource ecosystem has evolved into a competitive tool for regional economic development. The accurate measurement and evaluation of human resource ecosystem is the basis and basis of regional human resource strategic planning. In this paper, the regional cities of Liaoning Province are taken as samples, and the statistical data of Liaoning Province in 2013 are taken as the basis, and the competitive relationship of human resources ecosystem of regional cities in Liaoning Province is characterized by empirical analysis and the introduction of niche parameters. The results show that regional cooperation should be used instead of competition to avoid inefficiency and excessive competition caused by niche overlap and regional symbiotic relationship among cities should play a cluster advantage to enhance the competitiveness of regional human resource ecosystem. To find the niche, to get rid of the restriction of niche, and to improve the development potential and carrying capacity of human resource ecosystem by co-evolution and balanced development of "state" and "potential".
