【摘要】：隨著我國市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅速發(fā)展,人力資源已經(jīng)迅速的成長為支持企事業(yè)單位、政府單位向前發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵因素之一,人力資源管理工作也越來越復(fù)雜,因此,我國人事部門傳統(tǒng)的手工管理模式,工作過程復(fù)雜,工作效率極其低下,并且易出現(xiàn)不可挽回的錯誤,已經(jīng)無法適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代快節(jié)奏的市場經(jīng)濟(jì)競爭的需要。計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)和數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,使得辦公自動化得以實(shí)現(xiàn),利用信息化技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)人力資源管理工作的自動化,已經(jīng)非常成熟。本文首先詳細(xì)地分析了HRM系統(tǒng)研究的背景,闡述了系統(tǒng)研究的目的與意義,分析了國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,總結(jié)了系統(tǒng)研究的主要工作。其次,本文介紹了系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)技術(shù),分析了J2EE技術(shù)、JSP技術(shù)、JavaBean技術(shù)的優(yōu)勢及其在分布式管理系統(tǒng)中應(yīng)用的特點(diǎn),總結(jié)了C/S體系架構(gòu)、B/S體系架構(gòu)的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)以及本文選用B/S體系架構(gòu)的優(yōu)勢,分析了Web服務(wù)技術(shù)和數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù),為系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)打下較好的基礎(chǔ)。接著,本文從經(jīng)濟(jì)可行性、管理可行性、社會可行性和技術(shù)可行性等驗(yàn)證了系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與開發(fā)是可行的,其可以提高移動集團(tuán)業(yè)務(wù)管理的工作質(zhì)量和服務(wù)水平,使用結(jié)構(gòu)化流程導(dǎo)出了系統(tǒng)的邏輯業(yè)務(wù)功能,能夠覆蓋企業(yè)人力資源管理的相關(guān)需求,從數(shù)據(jù)一致性、系統(tǒng)可靠性、響應(yīng)速度等方面闡述了系統(tǒng)性能需求。然后,本文描述了系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)原則,設(shè)計(jì)了系統(tǒng)的拓?fù)浼軜?gòu)和軟硬件部署結(jié)構(gòu),并且重點(diǎn)描述了系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫訪問接口,給出了數(shù)據(jù)庫訪問工廠模塊、數(shù)據(jù)訪問模塊和核心類設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容,使用結(jié)構(gòu)化流程圖技術(shù)對系統(tǒng)功能進(jìn)行了建模和分析,給出了每一個系統(tǒng)的功能流程,使用E-R圖和關(guān)系表設(shè)計(jì)了一個訪問效率較高、存儲安全性較好的數(shù)據(jù)庫；最后,本文使用JSP技術(shù)、Java編程語言在Eclipse環(huán)境下實(shí)現(xiàn)了一個功能完善的分布式系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行和測試結(jié)果顯示系統(tǒng)具有良好的易用性和可靠性,提高企業(yè)人力資源管理的自動化、信息化水平,改善企業(yè)人力資源管理效率。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's market economy, human resources have grown rapidly to support enterprises and institutions. The human resources management work is becoming more and more complex, which is one of the key factors for the development of government units. The traditional manual management mode of personnel department in our country, the working process is complex, the work efficiency is extremely low, and it is easy to make irreparable mistakes, which can no longer meet the needs of the modern fast-paced market economy competition. With the rapid development of computer technology, network technology and database technology, office automation has been realized. In this paper, the background of HRM system research is analyzed in detail, the purpose and significance of system research are expounded, the current research situation at home and abroad is analyzed, and the main work of system research is summarized. Secondly, this paper introduces the development technology of the system, analyzes the advantages of J2EE technology and JavaBean technology and the characteristics of its application in distributed management system. The advantages and disadvantages of C / S architecture and B / S architecture are summarized. The Web services technology and database technology are analyzed, which lays a good foundation for system design and implementation. Then, this paper verifies the feasibility of system design and development from the aspects of economic feasibility, management feasibility, social feasibility and technical feasibility, which can improve the working quality and service level of mobile group business management. The logical business function of the system is derived by using structured process, which can cover the related requirements of enterprise human resource management. The performance requirements of the system are expounded from the aspects of data consistency, system reliability, response speed and so on. Then, this paper describes the design principle of the system, designs the topology architecture and the hardware and software deployment structure of the system, and describes the database access interface, and gives the database access factory module. The function of the system is modeled and analyzed by using structured flow chart technology. The function flow of each system is given, and an access efficiency is designed by using E-R diagram and relational table. Finally, this paper uses JSP technology to implement a distributed system with perfect function in Eclipse environment. The system running and testing results show that the system is easy to use and reliable. Improve the automation and information level of enterprise human resource management, improve the efficiency of enterprise human resource management.
