【摘要】：大慶高新區(qū)在轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展過程中,隨著知識經(jīng)濟(jì)時代的發(fā)展,新理念、新思潮、新形勢的變化,面臨著知識型員工的使用、吸引留住優(yōu)秀人才、高技能型人才的培養(yǎng)等系列問題。大慶高新區(qū)在人才的引進(jìn)、培養(yǎng)、使用、管理等方面進(jìn)行了改革實(shí)踐探索,實(shí)施人力資源戰(zhàn)略管理,在推動高新區(qū)發(fā)展等方面發(fā)揮了重要作用。
[Abstract]:In the process of transformation and development of Daqing Hi-tech Zone, with the development of knowledge economy era, new ideas, new ideological trends and changes of new situation, it is faced with a series of problems such as the use of knowledge workers, attracting and retaining outstanding talents and cultivating highly skilled talents. Daqing Hi-tech Zone has carried on the reform practice exploration in the talent introduction, the cultivation, the use, the management and so on, has carried on the human resources strategic management, has played the important role in the promotion high-tech zone development and so on.
