【摘要】：出于發(fā)展需要,現(xiàn)代企業(yè)往往會對其人力資源進行成本核算,進而分析其人力資源的價值以及管理問題。這種方式有利于將企業(yè)的人力資源情況以數(shù)據(jù)化的形式進行呈現(xiàn),對于企業(yè)人力資源的開發(fā)有著極好的輔助作用,使企業(yè)能夠針對管理中所出現(xiàn)的問題理性分析,及時采取正確的措施進行解決。對于企業(yè)人力資源的配置而言,可以實現(xiàn)其優(yōu)化部署,使人力價值得到最大化的發(fā)揮。本文通過對現(xiàn)代企業(yè)當中所存在的人力資源成本核算問題進行分析,并提出相應(yīng)的解決措施,以促進企業(yè)人力資源的充分利用。
[Abstract]:For the needs of development, modern enterprises often carry out cost accounting of their human resources, and then analyze the value of their human resources and management problems. This method is beneficial to the presentation of the human resources of enterprises in the form of data, and has an excellent auxiliary function to the development of human resources of enterprises, which enables the enterprises to analyze rationally the problems that appear in the management. Timely take the correct measures to solve the problem. For the allocation of human resources, the optimal deployment can be realized and the human value can be maximized. This paper analyzes the problem of human resource cost accounting in modern enterprises, and puts forward the corresponding solutions to promote the full utilization of human resources in enterprises.
