【摘要】：運(yùn)用田野調(diào)查等方法,研究農(nóng)村體育公共服務(wù)中的志愿性供給現(xiàn)象,提出志愿性供給模式。主要結(jié)論:志愿性供給具有供給內(nèi)容的生活化、供給過(guò)程的貼近性、供給方式的靈活性、供給投入的低廉性等優(yōu)勢(shì);農(nóng)村體育公共服務(wù)志愿性供給有助于推進(jìn)農(nóng)村體育公共服務(wù)供給的多元化,有助于提升農(nóng)村體育公共服務(wù)供給的質(zhì)量,有利于提高農(nóng)村體育公共服務(wù)的公平正義。建議:構(gòu)建政府、市場(chǎng)、志愿等多元主體"協(xié)同供給"的基本模式;農(nóng)村體育公共服務(wù)志愿性供給的構(gòu)建主要包含志愿供給的管理系統(tǒng)、人力資源系統(tǒng)、激勵(lì)保障系統(tǒng)、融資監(jiān)管系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:This paper studies the phenomenon of voluntary supply in rural sports public service by means of field investigation and puts forward the mode of voluntary supply. The main conclusions are as follows: voluntary supply has the advantages of the life of the supply content, the closeness of the supply process, the flexibility of the supply mode, the low cost of the supply input, and so on; The voluntary supply of rural sports public service is helpful to promote the diversification of rural sports public service supply, to promote the quality of rural sports public service supply, and to improve the fairness and justice of rural sports public service. Suggestions: to construct the basic mode of "cooperative supply" of government, market, voluntary and so on, the construction of voluntary supply of rural sports public service mainly includes the management system of voluntary supply, human resource system, incentive and security system. Financing supervision system.
