出版社人才流失現(xiàn)狀及對(duì)策

【摘要】:隨著國(guó)家文化產(chǎn)業(yè)振興規(guī)劃的提出和數(shù)字出版新興產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,出版業(yè)不僅面臨閱讀習(xí)慣的改變、新業(yè)態(tài)的崛起、集團(tuán)化等諸多挑戰(zhàn),同時(shí)面臨著出版專業(yè)人才數(shù)量與素質(zhì)的矛盾以及出版社專業(yè)人員流失的沖擊。出版業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)最終將演變?yōu)槿瞬诺母?jìng)爭(zhēng),出版社須建立科學(xué)合理的人力資源管理體系,把好人才招聘關(guān),完善薪酬福利體系,重視員工職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃,培養(yǎng)企業(yè)文化凝聚力,突破人才流失的困境,為企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展奠定堅(jiān)實(shí)的人才基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:With the development of national cultural industry revitalization plan and the development of digital publishing industry, the publishing industry is not only faced with many challenges, such as the change of reading habits, the rise of new formats, the collectivization and so on. At the same time, it faces the contradiction between the number and quality of publishing professionals and the impact of the loss of publishing professionals. The competition in the publishing industry will eventually evolve into the competition for talents. Publishing houses should establish a scientific and reasonable human resource management system, close the recruitment of talents, perfect the salary and welfare system, attach importance to the career planning of employees, and cultivate the cohesive force of enterprise culture. Break through the plight of brain drain and lay a solid talent foundation for the sustainable development of enterprises.
