【摘要】：醫(yī)養(yǎng)融合養(yǎng)老服務(wù)作為一種創(chuàng)新的養(yǎng)老保障模式,將現(xiàn)代醫(yī)療服務(wù)技術(shù)與養(yǎng)老保障模式有效結(jié)合,增強(qiáng)了養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)的醫(yī)護(hù)功能,開發(fā)了基層醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)的養(yǎng)老功能,已成為新形勢(shì)下我國(guó)積極應(yīng)對(duì)老齡化、改善老人健康狀況的有效舉措。本文提出了我國(guó)發(fā)展醫(yī)養(yǎng)融合養(yǎng)老服務(wù)的必要性,總結(jié)了當(dāng)前我國(guó)開展醫(yī)養(yǎng)融合養(yǎng)老服務(wù)的主要途徑,分析了醫(yī)養(yǎng)融合養(yǎng)老服務(wù)面臨的困境,從發(fā)展公共產(chǎn)品的角度提出了政府在發(fā)展醫(yī)養(yǎng)融合養(yǎng)老服務(wù)應(yīng)扮演的角色和承擔(dān)的責(zé)任。
[Abstract]:As an innovative mode of old-age security, the combination of modern medical service technology and old-age security mode enhances the medical care function of pension institutions, and develops the old-age function of primary medical institutions. It has become an effective measure to deal with the aging and improve the health status of the elderly in the new situation. This paper puts forward the necessity of developing the medical and nursing integrated old-age service in our country, summarizes the main ways to develop the medical and foster integrated old-age care service in China, and analyzes the difficulties faced by the medical and foster integrated old-age care service. From the point of view of developing public goods, this paper puts forward the role and responsibility of the government in the development of medical and nursing integrated pension service.
