【摘要】：近些年來國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟得到了迅速的發(fā)展,企業(yè)對人才的需求越來越大,人才的流動越來越頻繁,人才中介機構(gòu)服務內(nèi)容越來越多,石家莊諾德人力資源有限公司就是從事人才派遣業(yè)務的人才服務公司。對該公司而言,現(xiàn)有的管理方式已經(jīng)嚴重制約著公司的工作效率。為了對所掌握人才信息、派遣人員和服務企業(yè)進行信息化管理,適應時代對企業(yè)發(fā)展的新要求,石家莊諾德人力資源有限公司決定開發(fā)適用于本公司業(yè)務的綜合業(yè)務管理系統(tǒng)。石家莊諾德人力資源有限公司綜合業(yè)務管理系統(tǒng)采用B/S架構(gòu),代碼編寫采用JAVA語言,前端使用JSP搭建,基于Struts、Spring、Hibernate框架開發(fā)實現(xiàn)。系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)存儲在SQL SERVER 2014數(shù)據(jù)庫內(nèi)。系統(tǒng)可在IE瀏覽器、火狐瀏覽器和谷歌瀏覽器中運行。綜合業(yè)務管理系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)的功能有基礎(chǔ)信息管理、人才管理、派遣管理、企業(yè)管理、系統(tǒng)管理。基礎(chǔ)信息管理中有行業(yè)分類管理、客戶類型管理、信息來源管理、用工形式管理、繳費方式管理、離職原因管理、宿舍管理、發(fā)票管理、發(fā)票用途管理、體檢醫(yī)院管理；人才管理功能中有人才登記、人才維護、崗位維護、推薦管理、面試管理、傭金計算、人才收費；派遣管理功能中有體檢登記、體檢管理、合同登記、合同信息管理、離職管理、住宿管理、派遣工收費；企業(yè)管理功能中有企業(yè)維護、崗位維護、人才推薦、企業(yè)收費；系統(tǒng)管理功能中有組織管理、菜單設(shè)置、職位管理、短信管理、日志查詢。石家莊諾德人力資源有限公司綜合業(yè)務管理系統(tǒng)可以對石家莊諾德人力資源有限公司大量的人才、企業(yè)、派遣等信息進行有效的整合,能夠高效、快速的匹配人才信息和崗位信息,在最短的時間內(nèi)為人才推薦崗位。系統(tǒng)投入使用后,緩解了石家莊諾德人力資源有限公司的工作壓力,為人才提供了更為優(yōu)質(zhì)的服務。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the domestic economy has been developing rapidly, the demand for talents is increasing, the flow of talents is becoming more and more frequent, and the content of services provided by talent intermediaries is increasing. Shijiazhuang Nord Human Resources Co., Ltd. is engaged in talent dispatch service company. For the company, the existing management has seriously restricted the efficiency of the company. In order to carry out the information management of the talents, dispatch personnel and service enterprises, and adapt to the new requirements of the development of the enterprises, Shijiazhuang Nord Human Resources Co., Ltd. decided to develop a comprehensive business management system suitable for the business of the company. The integrated business management system of Shijiazhuang Nord Human Resources Co., Ltd. adopts the structure of B / S, the code is written in Java language, the front end is built with JSP, and the framework of hibernate is developed based on Struts Spring. System data is stored in SQL server 2014 database. The system can be run in Internet Explorer, Firefox and Google. The functions of integrated business management system include basic information management, talent management, dispatch management, enterprise management and system management. Basic information management includes industry classification management, customer type management, information source management, employment form management, payment management, reason management, dormitory management, invoice use management, medical examination hospital management; Talent management functions include talent registration, talent maintenance, post maintenance, recommended management, interview management, commission calculation, talent charge, dispatch management function, medical examination registration, medical examination management, contract registration, contract information management, Turnover management, accommodation management, dispatch fees; corporate management functions have business maintenance, post maintenance, talent recommendation, enterprise fees; system management functions have organizational management, menu setting, position management, SMS management, log inquiries. Shijiazhuang Nord Human Resources Co., Ltd. comprehensive business management system can Shijiazhuang Nord Human Resources Co., Ltd. a large number of personnel, enterprises, dispatch and other information for effective integration, can be efficient, Match talent information and post information quickly, recommend posts for talents in the shortest time. After the system was put into use, the work pressure of Shijiazhuang Nord Human Resources Co., Ltd was alleviated, which provided better service for talents.
