【摘要】：中等職業(yè)教育在促進人力資本積累、提高經濟發(fā)展水平、維護社會和諧穩(wěn)定等方面具有重要作用,基于2005-2014年間八個民族省區(qū)中職教育人力資源數據,運用基尼系數及其分解技術,對民族地區(qū)中職教育人力資源的省際差異進行考察,研究發(fā)現:民族地區(qū)中職教育人力資源省際差異較大,2006年起人力資源的省際差異呈擴大趨勢;專任教師資源占總人力資源的比例逐年升高,且一直起到促進人力資源省際差異縮小的作用;各分項人力資源地區(qū)分布差異的變化對人力資源省際差異的變化起決定性作用。對此,各民族地區(qū)應加強區(qū)域間交流合作,加強人力資源內部結構的調整引導,促進民族地區(qū)中職教育高水平均衡發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Secondary vocational education plays an important role in promoting the accumulation of human capital, improving the level of economic development and maintaining social harmony and stability. By using the Gini coefficient and its decomposition technology, the author investigates the inter-provincial differences of the secondary vocational education human resources in the minority areas, and finds that: the inter-provincial differences of the secondary vocational education human resources in the minority areas are large, and the inter-provincial differences of the human resources have been expanding since 2006; The proportion of full-time teacher resources in the total human resources has been increasing year by year, and has been playing a role in promoting the narrowing of human resources inter-provincial differences, and the changes of the regional distribution of human resources play a decisive role in the changes of human resources inter-provincial differences. Therefore, all ethnic regions should strengthen regional communication and cooperation, strengthen the adjustment and guidance of the internal structure of human resources, and promote the balanced development of the high level of secondary vocational education in ethnic minority areas.
