【摘要】：正9月2日,教育部舉行新聞發(fā)布會,經(jīng)征得中央組織部、中央編辦同意,教育部、財政部、人力資源和社會保障部日前聯(lián)合印發(fā)了《關(guān)于推進縣(區(qū))域內(nèi)義務(wù)教育學(xué)校校長教師交流輪崗的意見》。根據(jù)《意見》,從2014年開始,國家力爭用3至5年時間實現(xiàn)縣域內(nèi)校長教師交流輪崗的制度化、常態(tài)化,率先實現(xiàn)縣域內(nèi)校長教師資源均衡配置,支持鼓勵有條件的地區(qū)在更大范圍內(nèi)推進。
[Abstract]:On 2 September, the Ministry of Education held a press conference with the consent of the Central Organization Department and the Central editorial Office. The Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Finance, A few days ago, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security jointly issued "opinions on promoting the Exchange of Principals and Teachers of compulsory Education Schools in Counties (regions)". According to the "opinions", starting from 2014, the state has strived to institutionalize and regularize the exchange of principal and teachers' posts in the county in three to five years, and take the lead in realizing the balanced allocation of headmasters' teachers' resources in the county. Support encourages areas with conditions to move forward on a wider scale.
