【摘要】：高等教育生態(tài)系統(tǒng)中的結(jié)構(gòu)問(wèn)題是關(guān)系系統(tǒng)發(fā)展是否穩(wěn)定、平衡、協(xié)調(diào),以及如何維持和實(shí)現(xiàn)其功能的重要問(wèn)題。文章通過(guò)對(duì)香港高等教育生態(tài)系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行研究發(fā)現(xiàn),該系統(tǒng)具有注重生產(chǎn)者與消費(fèi)者的互動(dòng)、發(fā)揮分解者的保障作用、利用環(huán)境的綜合支撐、形成高等教育生態(tài)價(jià)值鏈與價(jià)值網(wǎng)的特征。在建設(shè)高等教育強(qiáng)國(guó)、推進(jìn)世界一流大學(xué)和一流學(xué)科建設(shè)背景下,我國(guó)內(nèi)地可堅(jiān)持高等教育人力資源生產(chǎn)者的多樣性,以滿足消費(fèi)者日益豐富的需求;合理發(fā)揮分解者的作用,理順大學(xué)與教育行政管理部門的關(guān)系;營(yíng)造良好的綜合環(huán)境,為建設(shè)優(yōu)質(zhì)高等教育生態(tài)系統(tǒng)形成合力;樹立生態(tài)系統(tǒng)價(jià)值鏈與價(jià)值網(wǎng)的理念,促進(jìn)高等教育生態(tài)系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)的整體優(yōu)化。
[Abstract]:The structural problem in the ecosystem of higher education is an important question of whether the development of the system is stable, balanced, coordinated, and how to maintain and realize its function. Through the study of the ecosystem structure of higher education in Hong Kong, it is found that the system pays attention to the interaction between producers and consumers, plays the role of protection of decomposers, and makes use of the comprehensive support of the environment. Forming the characteristics of ecological value chain and value network of higher education. Under the background of building a powerful country in higher education and promoting the construction of world-class universities and disciplines, the mainland of China can adhere to the diversity of human resource producers of higher education in order to meet the ever-increasing needs of consumers, and play the role of decomposer reasonably. To straighten out the relationship between universities and educational administration departments, to create a good comprehensive environment, to form a resultant force for the construction of high quality higher education ecosystem, to establish the concept of ecosystem value chain and value network, To promote the overall optimization of the ecosystem structure of higher education.
