【摘要】：通過分析商業(yè)銀行人力資源配置存在的問題,提出了優(yōu)化商業(yè)銀行人力資源配置的目標(biāo)體系、建立人力資源配置的調(diào)整機(jī)制、優(yōu)化人力資源內(nèi)部管理結(jié)構(gòu)、調(diào)整人力資源的優(yōu)化配置、優(yōu)化人力資源的組合配置方式和完善人力資源配置的保障體系等優(yōu)化人力資源配置的措施和建議。
[Abstract]:By analyzing the problems existing in the human resource allocation of commercial banks, the paper puts forward the target system of optimizing the human resources allocation of commercial banks, establishes the adjustment mechanism of human resources allocation, and optimizes the internal management structure of human resources. The measures and suggestions for optimizing human resources allocation are proposed, such as adjusting the optimal allocation of human resources, optimizing the way of combination of human resources and perfecting the guarantee system of human resources allocation.
