【摘要】：考試是挖掘社會(huì)人才,豐富與拓展社會(huì)人力資源,促進(jìn)人力資源合理優(yōu)化配置的一種有效途徑。隨著社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)發(fā)展,考試在推動(dòng)國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與社會(huì)進(jìn)步方面的作用愈加明顯。因此,只有注重考試,強(qiáng)化考試管理,才能更好地服務(wù)于社會(huì)人力資源開(kāi)發(fā),提高社會(huì)人力資源利用率。筆者探討了考試管理對(duì)于社會(huì)人力資源開(kāi)發(fā)的促進(jìn)作用,以饗讀者。
[Abstract]:Examination is an effective way to tap social talents, enrich and expand social human resources, and promote the rational allocation of human resources. With the sustainable development of socialist market economy, the function of examination in promoting national economic development and social progress becomes more and more obvious. Therefore, only by paying attention to examination and strengthening examination management, can we better serve the development of social human resources and improve the utilization rate of social human resources. The author probes into the role of examination management in promoting the development of social human resources.
