【摘要】:加工-裝配類(lèi)型企業(yè)是全球制造體系中必不可少的基礎(chǔ)生產(chǎn)單元,其水準(zhǔn)往往是一個(gè)國(guó)家工業(yè)發(fā)達(dá)的重要指標(biāo)。而車(chē)間是加工-裝配企業(yè)的一個(gè)重要地,它不僅是加工-裝配企業(yè)制造計(jì)劃的具體執(zhí)行者,也是生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中信息的反饋者,同時(shí)也是產(chǎn)生大量的實(shí)時(shí)信息的場(chǎng)地,這就使得車(chē)間是關(guān)乎于整個(gè)訂單的生產(chǎn)品質(zhì)及生產(chǎn)效率的。所以車(chē)間層的生產(chǎn)管理與信息資源是加工-裝配企業(yè)生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)中的重要一環(huán),車(chē)間生產(chǎn)管理在很大程度上決定了加工-裝配企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)效率和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。因此對(duì)車(chē)間這些信息的采集及分析尤為重要,它可以有效地指導(dǎo)車(chē)間里的各種作業(yè)和生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃的執(zhí)行。而傳統(tǒng)的這種信息采集都是靠工人來(lái)傳遞的,這樣不僅低效,而且浪費(fèi)不少人力資源,最重要的是這種靠人工傳遞的信息并不一定是全面的、真實(shí)的,而且特別不及時(shí)。不能讓企業(yè)管理者能夠掌握車(chē)間的實(shí)時(shí)生產(chǎn)信息,從而作出有效的調(diào)整及改進(jìn)。因而企業(yè)管理者就特別希望能有什么可以代替工人收集生產(chǎn)車(chē)間現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的實(shí)時(shí)信息,并能夠及時(shí)反饋,使管理者即使不在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)也能知道車(chē)間的實(shí)時(shí)的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)生產(chǎn)信息。正是因?yàn)榧庸?裝配企業(yè)對(duì)這一信息的急切需求,才使得MES系統(tǒng)逐漸誕生了。MES系統(tǒng)能對(duì)加工-裝配企業(yè)發(fā)生的實(shí)時(shí)事件做出及時(shí)的響應(yīng)和報(bào)告,并利用當(dāng)前的實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)事件進(jìn)行指導(dǎo)和處理,能夠有效地指導(dǎo)生產(chǎn)動(dòng)作過(guò)程,從而提高工廠(chǎng)的工作效率,使工廠(chǎng)能夠及時(shí)交貨,改善生產(chǎn)管理方式,還能改善物流的流通性能,提高生產(chǎn)回報(bào)率。MES還能通過(guò)雙向的直接通訊,給加工-裝配企業(yè)內(nèi)部和整個(gè)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)中提供有關(guān)產(chǎn)品行為的各種消息。隨著不斷的改進(jìn)與測(cè)試,MES系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)在已慢慢進(jìn)入了中國(guó)工廠(chǎng)的車(chē)間,進(jìn)行實(shí)地使用了。本文也是基于加工-裝配企業(yè)急需一套對(duì)車(chē)間現(xiàn)場(chǎng)信息能夠有效管理的系統(tǒng),從而在公司的平臺(tái)上,針對(duì)企業(yè)仍然存在的問(wèn)題設(shè)計(jì)了一套可配置性的加工-裝配企業(yè)MES系統(tǒng),此系統(tǒng)為加工-裝配企業(yè)提供了高效而簡(jiǎn)便的操作平臺(tái),對(duì)于提高企業(yè)的工作效率及產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量有著重要作用。第一部分主要介紹了加工-裝配企業(yè)的MES系統(tǒng)背景及現(xiàn)狀,還介紹了此次研究及設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容的意義和主要研究?jī)?nèi)容,說(shuō)明了二次開(kāi)發(fā)重點(diǎn)解決的問(wèn)題。第二部分則對(duì)MES系統(tǒng)作了一些系統(tǒng)上的介紹以及功能結(jié)構(gòu)的說(shuō)明,同時(shí)也講述了MES系統(tǒng)和國(guó)內(nèi)的加工-裝配企業(yè)當(dāng)前的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,以及MES系統(tǒng)與加工-裝配企業(yè)之間的聯(lián)系。并闡述了原有的MES系統(tǒng)給加工-裝配企業(yè)所帶來(lái)的困惑。第三部分則重點(diǎn)講述了本次設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)的體系結(jié)構(gòu)及特點(diǎn)。第四部分則重點(diǎn)介紹了此次系統(tǒng)所設(shè)計(jì)的各個(gè)模塊,通過(guò)對(duì)加工-裝配企業(yè)的整個(gè)生產(chǎn)流程的了解,進(jìn)而設(shè)計(jì)了“工單管理”模塊、“條碼管理”模塊、“品質(zhì)檢驗(yàn)”模塊、“重工”模塊、“維修”模塊、“包裝”模塊、“報(bào)表”模塊。另外針對(duì)兩大困惑,設(shè)計(jì)了“系統(tǒng)基本資料模塊”和“TGS架構(gòu)”模塊。從而使整個(gè)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中的重要工序都貫徹于MES系統(tǒng)中,實(shí)現(xiàn)MES系統(tǒng)對(duì)生產(chǎn)中這些重要工序的實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控及信息反饋,使生產(chǎn)過(guò)程透明化,面向管理者,甚至面向客戶(hù),使得管理者能夠了解到生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中的實(shí)時(shí)狀況及信息,也能使客戶(hù)更加信任此企業(yè),提高企業(yè)的聲譽(yù),贏得更多的合作機(jī)遇!第五部分則是對(duì)本論文的一些簡(jiǎn)單總結(jié)及概括。通過(guò)觀察MES系統(tǒng)在加工-裝配企業(yè)的實(shí)際應(yīng)用來(lái)看,MES系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用為加工-裝配企業(yè)帶來(lái)了一種格新的局面。使得管理者不再依賴(lài)于傳統(tǒng)的人工來(lái)進(jìn)行信息的采集和傳遞,以及簡(jiǎn)單地質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù)分析,而是有了更加可靠的數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)源,節(jié)省了人力成本,同時(shí)提高了生產(chǎn)效率。并且由于MES系統(tǒng)帶有的報(bào)表功能模塊,使得管理者可以方便快捷地對(duì)各種數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,進(jìn)而了解到生產(chǎn)中的各種參數(shù)信息,即使在遠(yuǎn)方,也可以通過(guò)MES系統(tǒng)來(lái)了解車(chē)間的整個(gè)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中的實(shí)時(shí)信息。另外,MES系統(tǒng)中的品質(zhì)檢驗(yàn)?zāi)K,可以使得管理者或者生產(chǎn)者對(duì)每個(gè)工單質(zhì)量的把握,以便在質(zhì)量產(chǎn)生差別時(shí),可以及時(shí)做出正確的調(diào)整?傊,整個(gè)MES系統(tǒng)在加工-裝配企業(yè)中的應(yīng)用,使得整個(gè)加工-裝配企業(yè)能夠信息化。MES系統(tǒng)通過(guò)對(duì)收集到的車(chē)間信息進(jìn)行分析,就能通過(guò)系統(tǒng)報(bào)表實(shí)時(shí)呈現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的生產(chǎn)進(jìn)度、目標(biāo)達(dá)成情況、產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)狀況,以及生產(chǎn)中的人、機(jī)、料的利用狀況,這樣使得整個(gè)生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)過(guò)程能夠透明化,直接面向管理者,甚至是客戶(hù)本人,讓遠(yuǎn)在國(guó)外的客戶(hù)也能夠了解到自己訂單的進(jìn)度,產(chǎn)品的品質(zhì),從而增加客戶(hù)對(duì)企業(yè)的信任。同時(shí)開(kāi)發(fā)后的MES系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用,也增強(qiáng)了加工-裝配企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)力,提高競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,使得在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球飛速發(fā)展的今天,企業(yè)能夠更好地滿(mǎn)足客戶(hù)越來(lái)越多樣化和個(gè)性化的需求,為企業(yè)應(yīng)對(duì)復(fù)雜多變的市場(chǎng)動(dòng)態(tài)和順應(yīng)時(shí)代的變化提供了有力的措施。
[Abstract]:The processing and assembly type enterprise is the essential basic production unit in the global manufacturing system, its level is often an important indicator of the industrial development of a country. And the workshop is an important place for the processing and assembly enterprise. It is not only the concrete executor of the manufacturing plan of the manufacturing and assembly enterprise, but also the feedback of the information in the process of production. The production management and information resources of the workshop layer are an important part of the manufacturing system of the assembly enterprise. The production management of the workshop determines the production efficiency and the production efficiency of the assembly enterprise to a great extent. Therefore, the collection and analysis of the information in the workshop is particularly important. It can effectively guide the implementation of various operations and production plans in the workshop. The traditional information collection is transmitted by the workers, which is not only inefficient, but also a waste of human resources, and most importantly, this kind of information by manual transmission. It is not necessarily comprehensive, real, and particularly untimely. The enterprise manager can not be able to master the real-time production information of the workshop and make effective adjustments and improvements. Therefore, the enterprise manager is particularly interested in what can be replaced by the worker to collect the real time information of the workshop site, and can give feedback to the manager in time. It is precisely because of the urgent need for this information that the MES system has gradually created the.MES system to respond and report to the real time events occurring in the assembly enterprise and to use the current real-time data to refer to the event. Guidance and processing can effectively guide the production action process, thus improve the efficiency of the factory, make the factory be able to deliver timely, improve the production management mode, improve the circulation performance of the logistics, and improve the production rate of return.MES through two-way direct communication, and provide the inside and whole product line of the assembly enterprise and assembly enterprise. With the continuous improvement and testing, with continuous improvement and testing, the MES system has now slowly entered the factory workshop in China and used it on the ground. This paper is based on a system for the processing and assembly enterprises to effectively manage the site information of the workshop, so that the problems still exist on the platform of the company. A set of configurable processing and assembling enterprise MES system is designed. This system provides an efficient and simple operation platform for the processing and assembly enterprise. It plays an important role in improving the efficiency and quality of the enterprise. The first part mainly introduces the background and status of the MES system in the processing and assembly enterprise, and introduces the research and research. The significance and main content of the design of the content are described, and the key problems to be solved in the two development are explained. The second part makes some systematic introduction to the MES system and the description of the functional structure, and also describes the current development of the MES system and the domestic processing and assembly enterprise, as well as the MES system and the processing and assembly enterprise. In the third part, the third part focuses on the architecture and characteristics of the design system. The fourth part focuses on the various modules designed by the system, and then designs the "work" through the understanding of the whole production process of the processing and assembly enterprise. Single management module, "bar code management" module, "quality inspection" module, "heavy work" module, "maintenance" module, "packaging" module, "report" module. In addition, the "system basic data module" and "TGS architecture" module are designed for the two major puzzles, so that the important processes in the whole process of production are carried out in the MES department. To realize the real-time monitoring and information feedback of MES system to these important processes in production, the production process is transparent, the manager is facing to the customer, and the manager can understand the real time situation and information in the production process. It can also make the customer trust the enterprise more, improve the reputation of the enterprise, and win more opportunities for cooperation. The fifth part is a brief summary and summary of this paper. By observing the practical application of the MES system in the processing and assembly enterprise, the application of the MES system brings a new situation to the processing and assembly enterprise, which makes the managers no longer dependent on the collection and transmission of the traditional artificial information, as well as the simple quality. Data analysis, but a more reliable source of data, save the cost of manpower, and improve production efficiency. And because of the report function module of the MES system, the manager can make statistics and analysis of all kinds of data conveniently and quickly, and then understand the various parameter information in production, even in the far distance, it can also be passed. MES system is used to understand the real time information in the whole production process of the workshop. In addition, the quality inspection module in the MES system can make the manager or producer grasp the quality of each work sheet so that the correct adjustment can be made in time when the quality is different. In a word, the application of the whole MES system in the processing and assembly enterprise is made. Through the analysis of the collected workshop information, the whole processing and assembly enterprise can make a real-time presentation of the production progress of the production site through the system report.MES, the target achievement, the quality of the product, and the use of the human, machine and material in the production so that the whole production process can be transparent, Directly to the manager and even the customer himself, the customers abroad can also understand the progress of their orders and the quality of their products, thus increasing the trust of the customers to the enterprise. At the same time, the application of the MES system after the development has also enhanced the productivity and competitiveness of the processing and assembly enterprises and made the rapid development of the economy in the world. Day, the enterprise can better meet the customer's increasingly diversified and personalized needs, and provide effective measures for the enterprise to cope with the complex and changeable market dynamics and adapt to the changes of the times.
