HRBP視角下的人力資源管理者角色定位分析

【摘要】:現(xiàn)如今,專業(yè)化分工讓眾多人力資源管理者過度地關(guān)注專業(yè)領(lǐng)域,局限在人力資源專業(yè)知識和技術(shù)中,偏離了企業(yè)的業(yè)務(wù)需要,無法發(fā)揮自身價值。筆者認為,HRBP視角下的人力資源管理者角色定位是HR跳出專業(yè)局限,成為業(yè)務(wù)伙伴,創(chuàng)造自身價值的有效解決路徑。文本論述了HRBP視角下人力資源管理者角色定位的內(nèi)涵及其優(yōu)勢,并提出構(gòu)建HRBP視角下的人力資源業(yè)務(wù)伙伴體系的對策。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the specialized division of labor causes many human resource managers to pay too much attention to the specialized field, which is confined to the specialized knowledge and technology of human resources, deviating from the business needs of the enterprise and unable to play its own value. The author thinks that HRBP's role orientation is an effective way for HR to jump out of the professional limitation, become a business partner and create its own value. This paper discusses the connotation and advantages of HRBP's role orientation of human resource manager, and puts forward the countermeasures of constructing HRBP's human resource business partner system.
