【摘要】：通過對文獻(xiàn)的研究,構(gòu)建人力資源開發(fā)評價指標(biāo)體系;以統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),采用因子分析和聚類分析方法,分析31個省市人力資源開發(fā)現(xiàn)狀;在比較研究的基礎(chǔ)上,針對天津市的人力資源開發(fā)現(xiàn)狀以及實(shí)現(xiàn)社會經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的人力資源保障等問題,提出提高人力資源開發(fā)水平的對策建議。
[Abstract]:On the basis of statistical data, factor analysis and cluster analysis are used to analyze the present situation of human resource development in 31 provinces and cities. In view of the current situation of human resource development in Tianjin and the human resource guarantee to realize the strategic goal of social and economic development, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the level of human resource development.
