【摘要】:近年來(lái),隨著計(jì)算機(jī)信息技術(shù)和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的不斷發(fā)展,軟件行業(yè)就業(yè)前景廣闊,相比于國(guó)外軟件行業(yè)而言,中國(guó)的軟件業(yè)還處于發(fā)展期。軟件行業(yè)是國(guó)家發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略性產(chǎn)業(yè),國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)高科技信息和軟件技術(shù)的需求日益加大,使得我國(guó)軟件產(chǎn)業(yè)具有很大的發(fā)展空間,我國(guó)政府非常重視軟件產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,并對(duì)其推出了很多優(yōu)惠政策。伴隨軟件公司規(guī)模的不斷擴(kuò)張,人才的需求有增長(zhǎng)趨勢(shì)。淮安市在2008年經(jīng)過(guò)市政府批準(zhǔn)成立了淮安軟件園,園區(qū)致力于發(fā)展軟件與服務(wù)外包,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)電子商務(wù),物聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè)等。目前隨著園區(qū)軟件公司數(shù)量越來(lái)越多,競(jìng)爭(zhēng)也越來(lái)越激勵(lì)。本文研究對(duì)象S軟件公司就是淮安軟件園中的一家軟件企業(yè),為了不斷擴(kuò)大公司規(guī)模,增強(qiáng)公司核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,該公司需要培養(yǎng)大量?jī)?yōu)秀人才。而S軟件公司的員工培訓(xùn)體系所存在的缺陷也逐漸暴露出來(lái),因此對(duì)該公司員工培訓(xùn)體系的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)顯得尤為重要。本文通過(guò)對(duì)公司員工培訓(xùn)理論及培訓(xùn)體系的深入研究,結(jié)合S軟件公司具體實(shí)例,對(duì)該公司員工培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀及所存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行挖掘和剖析,探索出完善公司員工培訓(xùn)體系的方法和策略。從而對(duì)S軟件公司的培訓(xùn)體系進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),針對(duì)新入職員工和在職員工給出了具體實(shí)施方案。引進(jìn)“公司大學(xué)”模式,結(jié)合“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”采用豐富多彩的培訓(xùn)手段等,經(jīng)過(guò)后期不斷地改進(jìn),最終構(gòu)建出適合S軟件公司的比較完善的員工培訓(xùn)體系。希望本文的研究都能對(duì)和S軟件公司類(lèi)似的公司提供參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous development of computer information technology and the Internet, the software industry has a broad employment prospect. Compared with the foreign software industry, China's software industry is still in the development period. The software industry is a strategic industry for the development of the country. The demand for high-tech information and software technology in China is increasing day by day, which makes the software industry in our country have a great space for development. Our government attaches great importance to the development of the software industry. And the introduction of a lot of preferential policies. With the continuous expansion of the scale of software companies, the demand for talent has a growing trend. Huaian Software Park was established in 2008 with the approval of the municipal government. The park is committed to the development of software and service outsourcing, Internet of Commerce, Internet of things industry and so on. At present, with more and more software companies in the park, competition is becoming more and more exciting. In this paper, S Software Company is a software enterprise in Huaian Software Park. In order to expand the scale of the company and enhance the core competitiveness of the company, the company needs to train a large number of outstanding talents. The defects of employee training system in S Software Company are gradually exposed, so the optimization design of employee training system in S Software Company is particularly important. Through the in-depth study of employee training theory and training system, combined with the concrete example of S software company, this paper excavates and analyzes the current situation and existing problems of employee training in this company. Explore the methods and strategies to improve the staff training system. Therefore, the training system of S Software Company is optimized, and the concrete implementation scheme is given for the new and in-service employees. By introducing the mode of "company university" and combining "Internet" with rich and colorful training means, after continuous improvement in the later period, a relatively perfect staff training system suitable for S software company was finally constructed. It is hoped that the research in this paper can provide reference value to companies similar to S Software Company.
