【摘要】：正人力資源管理研究經(jīng)常受到實務(wù)界的質(zhì)疑,最常聽到,"這個東西不用研究就知道啊!"、"這個研究出來有什么用,不能解決問題啊!"、"這個東西是理想狀態(tài),實際根本不是那么回事!"。對于這種批評,研究者解釋說,理論超前于實踐,研究和實務(wù)不一樣情有可原。但在大多數(shù)情況下,是實踐走在了理論前面,其差距在于研究者并沒有很好地發(fā)現(xiàn)、解釋和回答實踐界提出的問題。究其原因,可能和研究風(fēng)險、發(fā)表難度、思維慣性和個人志向相關(guān)。其中,還有可能出在研究方法上。
[Abstract]:The research on human resources management is often questioned by the practical circles. Most often they hear, "this thing is known without study!". "what is the use of this research? it can't solve problems!". "this is an ideal state." This is not the case at all! " To this criticism, the researchers explain that theory is ahead of practice, and that research and practice are not the same. But in most cases, the practice is ahead of the theory, and the gap lies in the fact that the researchers have not found, explained and answered the questions put forward by the practice circle. The reasons may be related to research risk, publication difficulty, thinking inertia and personal ambition. Among them, it is possible to also come out on the research method.
