【摘要】：全球健康日益受到關(guān)注,但關(guān)于學(xué)科的概念、特征、任務(wù)和歷史還未完全明朗,結(jié)合中國學(xué)者的認(rèn)識(shí),本文將圍繞上述問題進(jìn)行闡述。簡(jiǎn)單地說,"全球健康"就是指全世界人口的共同健康,即一切以全球人口的共同健康為優(yōu)先關(guān)注的事項(xiàng)。"全球健康"由國際衛(wèi)生演變而來,但兩者存在重大差別。"全球健康"的宗旨與最高目標(biāo)是"實(shí)現(xiàn)全人類最大可能的健康"和"促進(jìn)人類和諧發(fā)展"。其主要研究任務(wù)是為全球健康治理提供證據(jù)支持與理論指導(dǎo),包括全球性疾病或健康的社會(huì)決定因素、國家衛(wèi)生系統(tǒng)、全球健康治理和衛(wèi)生人力資源等諸多方面。
[Abstract]:Global health is getting more and more attention, but the concept, characteristics, tasks and history of the subject are not completely clear. Combined with the understanding of Chinese scholars, this paper will explain the above problems. To put it simply, "global health" refers to the common health of the world's population, that is, the common health of the global population as a matter of priority. " Global health "evolved from international health, but there are significant differences between the two." The aim and supreme goal of Global Health is to achieve the greatest possible health for all mankind and to promote the harmonious development of mankind. Its main research mission is to provide evidence and theoretical guidance for global health governance, including global disease or social determinants of health, national health systems, global health governance and health human resources.
