【摘要】：創(chuàng)業(yè)企業(yè)是各國經(jīng)濟(jì)成長的重要動力,是解決就業(yè)問題的重要手段。根據(jù)創(chuàng)業(yè)企業(yè)發(fā)展的生命周期,最重要的階段就是創(chuàng)業(yè)中期發(fā)展成中小型企業(yè)后的轉(zhuǎn)型期。本文針對中小型企業(yè)從創(chuàng)業(yè)期至成長期之間的轉(zhuǎn)型過程,分析了我國中小型民營企業(yè)在此類轉(zhuǎn)型期人力資源投入與貢獻(xiàn),以此為基礎(chǔ)提出了企業(yè)完善人力資源的對策和措施。
[Abstract]:Entrepreneurship is an important driving force for the economic growth of various countries and an important means to solve the employment problem. According to the life cycle of entrepreneurial development, the most important stage is the transition period after the middle stage of entrepreneurial development into small and medium-sized enterprises. This paper analyzes the human resource input and contribution of the small and medium-sized private enterprises in this transition period in view of the transition process between the start-up period and the growing period of the small and medium-sized enterprises, and puts forward the countermeasures and measures to perfect the human resources.
