【摘要】：新東方教育科技集團(tuán),中國大陸首家海外上市的教育培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu),是同時擁有多個服務(wù)產(chǎn)品的公司,包括教育培訓(xùn)、教育服務(wù)和產(chǎn)品研發(fā)等,目前已經(jīng)成為我國最大的一家綜合性教育集團(tuán)。集團(tuán)的核心業(yè)務(wù)為語言培訓(xùn),同時還包括中小學(xué)英語基礎(chǔ)教育、網(wǎng)絡(luò)在線教育等業(yè)務(wù),另外公司目前已經(jīng)涉足出國留學(xué)咨詢等其它一些教育服務(wù)領(lǐng)域。近年來,民營教育集團(tuán)逐漸成為我國教育事業(yè)發(fā)展的重要驅(qū)動力之一,而教育集團(tuán)內(nèi)教師心理資本的研究也越來越受到社會各界的廣泛關(guān)注。因此,針對該集團(tuán)內(nèi)教師的職業(yè)心理資本干預(yù)的研究就顯得非常重要。這不僅關(guān)乎執(zhí)業(yè)人員自身心理效能的施展、職業(yè)規(guī)劃的實(shí)施,更影響著21世紀(jì)我國教育事業(yè)的前進(jìn)步伐。在本論文中,依據(jù)積極心理學(xué)和積極組織行為學(xué)的理論,從教師職業(yè)發(fā)展這樣一個角度對當(dāng)前新東方教師心理資本進(jìn)行了初步探討,并嘗試通過這樣的探討來為企業(yè)提供相應(yīng)的人力資源管理方面的決策支持;同時對于新東方教師本人以及整個集團(tuán)的協(xié)同發(fā)展都有一定作用;對于更加有效的提高我國企業(yè)民營教師的素質(zhì)也有所幫助,希望在提高民營企業(yè)教師人力資源管理績效方面具有非常重要的價值;同時,本論文分析比較了新東方教育集團(tuán)教師與其他類型企業(yè)員工心理資本結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)成的異同,對民營教育企業(yè)教師心理資本方面的相應(yīng)干預(yù)策略研究有著非常重要的理論意義。
[Abstract]:New Oriental Educational Science and Technology Group, the first overseas educational training institution in mainland China, is a company with multiple service products, including education and training, educational services, product development, etc. At present, it has become the largest comprehensive education group in China. The group's core business is language training, as well as primary and secondary English basic education, online education and other areas of educational services such as overseas study consulting. In recent years, the private education group has gradually become one of the important driving forces of the development of education in China, and the study of the psychological capital of teachers in the education group has attracted more and more attention from all walks of life. Therefore, it is very important to study the intervention of professional psychological capital of teachers in this group. This is not only related to the exertion of their own psychological efficiency and the implementation of career planning, but also affects the progress of our country's education in the 21 ~ (st) century. In this paper, based on the theories of positive psychology and positive organizational behavior, the psychological capital of teachers in the New Oriental is preliminarily discussed from the perspective of teachers' professional development. And try to provide the corresponding human resource management decision support for the enterprise through this kind of discussion, at the same time has certain function to the new Oriental teacher himself and the whole group's coordinated development; It is also helpful to improve the quality of private teachers in enterprises of our country more effectively, hoping to have very important value in improving the performance of human resources management of teachers in private enterprises; at the same time, This paper analyzes and compares the similarities and differences of the structure of psychological capital between teachers of New Oriental Education Group and other types of enterprises, which is of great theoretical significance to the study of the corresponding intervention strategies of teachers' psychological capital in private educational enterprises.
