【摘要】：在我國精準扶貧戰(zhàn)略推進過程中,實施職業(yè)教育精準扶貧是教育扶貧中的重要一環(huán)。職業(yè)教育精準扶貧不僅是職業(yè)教育職能特征的重要體現(xiàn),還是激活貧困地區(qū)經(jīng)濟活力、促進貧困地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型升級以及滿足貧困人口精神需求的內(nèi)在動力。在職業(yè)教育精準扶貧過程中,應嚴格遵循定向、系統(tǒng)、精準、實效的原則,明確其發(fā)展指向。在加快完善職業(yè)教育資助政策措施、提升對貧困學生的資助力度的同時,還要著力實現(xiàn)職業(yè)教育精準扶貧的三大轉(zhuǎn)變,即扶貧方式上要由"輸入式"物質(zhì)扶貧向"造血式"智力扶貧轉(zhuǎn)變;扶貧手段上要由粗放型扶助向針對性扶助轉(zhuǎn)變;扶貧渠道上要由長期性的基礎性教育扶貧向時效性強的技能性教育扶貧轉(zhuǎn)變。
[Abstract]:In the process of promoting the strategy of precision poverty alleviation, the implementation of vocational education precision poverty reduction is an important part of education poverty alleviation. Precision poverty alleviation in vocational education is not only an important embodiment of the functional characteristics of vocational education, but also an internal motive force to activate the economic vitality of poor areas, to promote the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure in poor areas and to meet the spiritual needs of the poor population. In the process of precision poverty alleviation in vocational education, we should strictly follow the principles of orientation, system, precision and effectiveness, and make clear its development direction. While speeding up the improvement of policies and measures to subsidize vocational education and raising the level of financial assistance to poor students, we should also strive to realize the three major changes in the precise poverty alleviation of vocational education. That is to say, the way of poverty alleviation should be changed from "input" material to "hematopoietic" intelligence, and the means of poverty alleviation should be transformed from extensive assistance to targeted assistance. Poverty alleviation channels should be changed from long-term basic education to effective skill education.
