【摘要】：正由于海外并購(gòu)必然與組織特點(diǎn)、發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略相關(guān),所以在討論海外并購(gòu)中人力資源部門所扮演的角色之前,我先和大家介紹一下今天案例的主角——漢能控股集團(tuán)。漢能控股集團(tuán)于1994年成立,是全球最大的薄膜太陽(yáng)能企業(yè),目前員工有一萬(wàn)余人,在國(guó)內(nèi)多個(gè)省份以及北美、歐洲、亞太等地區(qū)設(shè)有分支機(jī)構(gòu)。漢能一直致力于清潔能源開發(fā),主要業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域?yàn)樗�、風(fēng)電和光伏發(fā)電。
[Abstract]:Because overseas M & A must be related to organizational characteristics and development strategy, before discussing the role of human resources department in overseas M & A, I would like to introduce the protagonist of today's case-Hanergy Holdings Group. Founded in 1994, Hanergy Holdings is the world's largest thin-film solar company with more than 10,000 employees and branches in several provinces in the country, as well as in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific. Hanergy has been committed to clean energy development, the main business areas in hydropower, wind power and photovoltaic power generation.
