【摘要】：正本期專題刊發(fā)了四篇關(guān)于企業(yè)大學(xué)的文章。這些文章深入探討了企業(yè)大學(xué)和企業(yè)發(fā)展的關(guān)系,特別是關(guān)于高績(jī)效企業(yè)大學(xué)的研究把大學(xué)和企業(yè)的運(yùn)行過程在理念上統(tǒng)一起來,其境界是相當(dāng)高遠(yuǎn)的,很值得一讀。但是,真正推廣起來難度很大,有幾個(gè)企業(yè)能達(dá)到這種境界?為了從根本上解決大學(xué)與企業(yè)兩張皮的問題,我們的研究還應(yīng)該進(jìn)一步深化。筆者建議理論工作者到學(xué)習(xí)型企業(yè)去深入考察,能不能探索出一條新路,即從企業(yè)辦大學(xué)逐步向企業(yè)變大學(xué)、大學(xué)變企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)變。
[Abstract]:There are four articles on Enterprise Universities in the first period. These articles have discussed the relationship between enterprise university and enterprise development, especially the research on high performance enterprise university, which unifies the operation process of universities and enterprises in concept. It is quite high and worth reading. However, it is difficult to truly promote it. In order to solve the problem of two sheets of University and enterprise, our research should be further deepened. Change.
