【摘要】:A公司近年來對于內(nèi)部員工的培訓(xùn)工作給予了高度重視,但是由于員工培訓(xùn)體系的結(jié)構(gòu)和內(nèi)容比較落后,導(dǎo)致公司的培訓(xùn)工作質(zhì)量不高,培訓(xùn)效果不佳,如何完善和優(yōu)化員工培訓(xùn)體系,提高員工培訓(xùn)工作質(zhì)量是A公司在經(jīng)營發(fā)展過程中面臨的重要挑戰(zhàn)。本課題對A公司員工培訓(xùn)體系的優(yōu)化和完善工作進行了探討和分析,提出了具體的優(yōu)化方案。在研究過程中,通過考察分析A公司目前的人力資源及其員工培訓(xùn)體系的現(xiàn)狀,從培訓(xùn)制度層面、培訓(xùn)課程層面、培訓(xùn)資源層面和培訓(xùn)管理流程層面等角度分析其中存在的不足和問題。隨后,提出員工培訓(xùn)體系優(yōu)化方案設(shè)計的基本原則和整體思路,并從培訓(xùn)組織體系、培訓(xùn)制度體系、培訓(xùn)課程體系、培訓(xùn)資源體系和培訓(xùn)管理流程5個方面給出優(yōu)化方案設(shè)計,并對方案中的具體優(yōu)化措施進行詳細介紹,得到優(yōu)化后的員工培訓(xùn)體系方案。最后,對A公司員工培訓(xùn)體系優(yōu)化方案在具體實施過程中需要提供的保障措施進行介紹,包括了建立培訓(xùn)效果轉(zhuǎn)化的環(huán)境支持機制和健全培訓(xùn)效果轉(zhuǎn)化的激勵機制兩個方面。本文的研究工作基于實際從業(yè)經(jīng)驗和理論分析,研究成果是建立在A公司內(nèi)部調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)分析的基礎(chǔ)上,對于促進和提升A公司的員工培訓(xùn)工作質(zhì)量與效率有著積極的促進作用,同時對于國內(nèi)其他企業(yè)的員工培訓(xùn)工作也有一定的借鑒價值和意義。
[Abstract]:Company A has attached great importance to the training of its internal employees in recent years. However, because of the backward structure and content of the staff training system, the quality of the training work in the company is not high and the training effect is not good. How to perfect and optimize the staff training system and improve the quality of employee training is an important challenge faced by company A in the process of management and development. This paper discusses and analyses the optimization and improvement of employee training system in Company A, and puts forward the concrete optimization scheme. In the course of the research, through the investigation and analysis of the current situation of human resources and staff training system of A Company, from the training system level, the training course level, This paper analyzes the shortcomings and problems in training resource level and training management process level. Then, the paper puts forward the basic principle and the whole idea of the optimization scheme design of the staff training system, and gives the optimized scheme design from five aspects: the training organization system, the training system system, the training course system, the training resource system and the training management process. The specific optimization measures are introduced in detail, and the optimized employee training system is obtained. In the end, the paper introduces the protection measures that need to be provided in the process of implementing the optimization scheme of employee training system in Company A, including the establishment of environmental support mechanism for training effect transformation and the improvement of incentive mechanism for training effect transformation. The research work of this paper is based on the practical experience and theoretical analysis. The research results are based on the internal investigation data analysis of company A, which has a positive role in promoting and improving the quality and efficiency of employee training in company A. At the same time, it also has certain reference value and significance for the staff training of other domestic enterprises.
