【摘要】：與發(fā)達(dá)國家相比,我國企業(yè)的人力資源效能亟待提升,亟需從戰(zhàn)略層面理清我國企業(yè)的人力資源效能提升的思路、方向和路徑。十八屆五中全會(huì),黨中央提出要深化供給側(cè)改革,提升經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的品質(zhì)和厚度;基于供給側(cè)改革的背景和邏輯下,文章對中國企業(yè)的人力資源效能提升的戰(zhàn)略、方向和路徑進(jìn)行了探討。
[Abstract]:Compared with the developed countries, the human resource efficiency of the enterprises in our country needs to be improved urgently, and the train of thought, the direction and the path of the improvement of the human resource efficiency of the enterprises in our country should be clarified from the strategic level. At the Fifth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, the CPC Central Committee proposed to deepen supply-side reform to enhance the quality and thickness of economic development. The direction and path are discussed.
