【摘要】：[目的 /意義]基于中美兩國圖書館創(chuàng)客空間服務(wù)實(shí)踐的總結(jié)和梳理,為我國創(chuàng)客空間建設(shè)提供有益參考。[方法 /過程]在介紹中美兩國圖書館創(chuàng)客空間服務(wù)實(shí)踐的基礎(chǔ)上,從政策扶持、創(chuàng)客文化、服務(wù)類型和服務(wù)技術(shù)等方面比較兩國圖書館創(chuàng)客空間服務(wù)的差異,分析影響我國圖書館創(chuàng)客空間發(fā)展的主要因素。[結(jié)果 /結(jié)論]提出在創(chuàng)客時(shí)代,我國圖書館應(yīng)結(jié)合本國國情,借鑒美國圖書館的服務(wù)經(jīng)驗(yàn),在創(chuàng)客空間建設(shè)中,加強(qiáng)多方合作,構(gòu)建在線交流平臺(tái),重塑人力資源,注重體驗(yàn)式設(shè)計(jì),構(gòu)建多元化、多層級(jí)的圖書館創(chuàng)客空間服務(wù)體系,促進(jìn)圖書館實(shí)現(xiàn)服務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型。
[Abstract]:[purpose / significance] based on the summing up and combing of the service practice of Chinese and American libraries to create guest space, it provides a useful reference for the construction of the space for creating visitors in our country. [methods] on the basis of introducing the practice of library space service in China and the United States, this paper compares the differences between the two countries in terms of policy support, culture, service type and service technology. This paper analyzes the main factors that affect the development of library guest space in China. [results / conclusion] in the era of creating visitors, libraries in our country should combine their own national conditions, draw lessons from the service experience of American libraries, strengthen multi-party cooperation in the construction of guest space, construct online communication platform, and remold human resources. We should pay attention to the experiential design and construct a multi-level library service system to promote the transformation of library services.
