【摘要】：隨著企業(yè)改革的推進,企業(yè)在人力資源管理環(huán)節(jié)也進行了創(chuàng)新,進而出現了企業(yè)人力資源管理外包的情況,并且得到了企業(yè)的重視和廣泛應用。企業(yè)人力資源管理外包有助于降低企業(yè)的管理成本,提升企業(yè)競爭實力和應變能力,提高企業(yè)經濟效益。但是同樣不能忽視人力資源管理外包也存在一定的風險,因此要根據企業(yè)的實際情況進行風險的分析和防范策略的深入研究。
[Abstract]:With the advancement of enterprise reform, enterprises have also innovated in human resource management, and then the outsourcing of human resources management has emerged, which has been attached importance to and widely used by enterprises. The outsourcing of enterprise human resource management is helpful to reduce the cost of enterprise management, enhance the competitive strength and adaptability of the enterprise, and improve the economic benefit of the enterprise. However, there are some risks in the outsourcing of human resource management, so the risk analysis and prevention strategy should be carried out according to the actual situation of the enterprise.
