【摘要】:文章概述了經(jīng)濟(jì)型裁員的概念以及企業(yè)裁員存在的問題,提出相應(yīng)的人力資源管理策略:遵循經(jīng)濟(jì)型裁員的法律規(guī)定;積極和員工進(jìn)行有效溝通;完善經(jīng)濟(jì)型裁員后的保障機(jī)制與員工信心重建。
[Abstract]:This paper summarizes the concept of economic retrenchment and the problems existing in the layoffs of enterprises, and puts forward the corresponding human resource management strategies: following the legal provisions of economic layoffs, actively communicating with employees effectively; Improve the economic protection mechanism after layoffs and staff confidence reconstruction.
