人力資源管理對戰(zhàn)略“之字形”演進(jìn)的促進(jìn)機(jī)制研究

【摘要】:針對復(fù)雜動(dòng)蕩環(huán)境下,企業(yè)陷入"戰(zhàn)略漂移"的困境,首先,從戰(zhàn)略內(nèi)在邏輯和形態(tài)的劃分入手,通過對有意圖戰(zhàn)略和涌現(xiàn)戰(zhàn)略各自局限性的分析,剖析了"戰(zhàn)略漂移"的成因。然后,鑒于外部客觀環(huán)境變化的不可預(yù)測性,在對影響"戰(zhàn)略漂移"的組織內(nèi)部主觀因素展開研究的基礎(chǔ)上,依據(jù)組織演進(jìn)的復(fù)雜性適應(yīng)觀,將有意圖戰(zhàn)略和涌現(xiàn)戰(zhàn)略有機(jī)整合,構(gòu)建了戰(zhàn)略的"之字形"演進(jìn)模式。最后,根據(jù)戰(zhàn)略的"之字形"演進(jìn)模式與企業(yè)組織及個(gè)人的認(rèn)知特性緊密相關(guān)的特點(diǎn),指出人力資源管理如何通過對組織文化建設(shè)和組織學(xué)習(xí)施加影響,從而促進(jìn)戰(zhàn)略的"之字形"演進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:In view of the dilemma of "strategic drift" in complex turbulent environment, first of all, starting with the division of internal logic and form of strategy, through the analysis of the respective limitations of intentional strategy and emergence strategy, The causes of "strategic drift" are analyzed. Then, in view of the unpredictability of external objective environment change, based on the study of internal subjective factors affecting "strategic drift", according to the complexity adaptation view of organizational evolution, The "zigzag" evolution model of the strategy is constructed by organically integrating the intentional strategy and the emerging strategy. Finally, according to the characteristics that the evolution mode of strategy "zigzag" is closely related to the cognitive characteristics of enterprise organizations and individuals, this paper points out how human resource management exerts influence on organizational culture construction and organizational learning. In order to promote the strategy of the "zigzag" evolution.
