【摘要】：對酒店員工進(jìn)行英語培訓(xùn)既是提高酒店競爭力的有效途徑,也是高職院校的職責(zé)。校企混編教學(xué)團(tuán)隊對酒店員工進(jìn)行英語培訓(xùn),實現(xiàn)了校企人力資源層面的合作,促進(jìn)了校企深度合作。校企混編的教學(xué)團(tuán)隊從增強英語培訓(xùn)針對性、確定培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容、創(chuàng)新培訓(xùn)模式、改革培訓(xùn)評價機制、控制培訓(xùn)質(zhì)量等方面服務(wù)于酒店員工的英語培訓(xùn),有利于建立英語培訓(xùn)的長效機制。
[Abstract]:English training for hotel staff is not only an effective way to improve hotel competitiveness, but also a responsibility of higher vocational colleges. The English training of the hotel staff by the mixed teaching team of school and enterprise has realized the cooperation of the human resources of the school and enterprise and promoted the deep cooperation between the school and the enterprise. The teaching team of school and enterprise mixed up to serve the English training of hotel staff from the aspects of enhancing the pertinence of English training, determining the training content, innovating the training mode, reforming the training evaluation mechanism, controlling the training quality and so on. It is helpful to establish a long-term mechanism for English training.
