【摘要】：當(dāng)前我國(guó)處于城市化進(jìn)程的快速發(fā)展時(shí)期,城市政府部門的規(guī)模和數(shù)量都在不斷調(diào)整充實(shí),因此有必要對(duì)政府中的工作人員進(jìn)行有效的人力資源管理。同時(shí),我國(guó)提出建設(shè)"廉潔、高效、勤政"的服務(wù)型政府,在政府的人力資源管理中引入"人本管理"理念就顯得十分重要,鑒于以上情況,本文對(duì)當(dāng)前城市化進(jìn)程中政府職能轉(zhuǎn)變和由此帶來的對(duì)人力資源管理的新要求進(jìn)行了分析,并指出我國(guó)政府部門人本管理中存在的問題,在此基礎(chǔ)上,就如何在我國(guó)政府人力資源管理中實(shí)現(xiàn)人本管理提出了政策建議。
[Abstract]:At present, our country is in the rapid development period of urbanization process, the scale and quantity of urban government departments are constantly adjusting and enriching, so it is necessary to carry on the effective human resource management to the government staff. At the same time, it is very important for our country to build a "clean, efficient and diligent" service-oriented government, and to introduce the concept of "people-oriented management" into the government's human resources management. In view of the above situation, This paper analyzes the transformation of government functions and the new requirements of human resource management in the process of urbanization, and points out the problems existing in the human-oriented management of government departments in our country, on the basis of which, This paper puts forward some policy suggestions on how to realize the human-oriented management in the human resource management of our government.
