【摘要】：目的調(diào)查、分析、評估江蘇省蘇南、蘇北區(qū)域基層疾控系統(tǒng)食品檢驗(yàn)?zāi)芰ΜF(xiàn)狀,為江蘇省基層疾控系統(tǒng)食品檢驗(yàn)機(jī)構(gòu)建設(shè)提供科學(xué)資料和建議。方法抽樣調(diào)查江蘇省蘇南、蘇北2個(gè)行政區(qū)域共18家縣(區(qū))級疾病預(yù)防控制中心的食品檢測能力以及人力資源狀況,并與國家相關(guān)建設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果蘇北、蘇南區(qū)域18家縣(區(qū))級疾控中心開展食品檢測項(xiàng)目總數(shù)分別為32~172和25~141項(xiàng),2個(gè)區(qū)域開展食品類檢測項(xiàng)目分別占項(xiàng)目總數(shù)的43.7%(38/87)~90.6%(29/32)和44.3%(47/106)~82.3%(52/64),2個(gè)區(qū)域具有中級專業(yè)技術(shù)職稱的食品檢驗(yàn)人員比例分別為48%(93/195)和45%(81/178),2個(gè)區(qū)域具有本科生學(xué)歷的食品檢驗(yàn)人員比例分別為50%(91/183)和48%(85/178),2個(gè)區(qū)域A類項(xiàng)目達(dá)標(biāo)率平均為32.5%(807/2 484)。結(jié)論 2個(gè)區(qū)域疾控系統(tǒng)食品檢驗(yàn)?zāi)芰ㄔO(shè)較均衡,檢驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目多集中在食品類,食品檢驗(yàn)人員以中級和初級專業(yè)技術(shù)職稱為主,學(xué)歷水平則以本科生和大專生為主。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate, analyze and evaluate the present situation of the food inspection ability of the grass-roots disease control system in southern and northern Jiangsu Province, and to provide scientific data and suggestions for the construction of the food inspection organization of the disease control system in Jiangsu Province. Methods the food detection ability and human resource status of 18 county (district) disease prevention and control centers in two administrative regions of southern Jiangsu and northern Jiangsu were investigated and compared with the relevant national construction standards. As a result, in northern Jiangsu, The total number of food inspection projects carried out by the CDC at the county (district) level in the southern Jiangsu region was 32 / 172 and 25 / 141, respectively. The number of food items carried out in the two regions accounted for 43.7 / 87 / 90.6 / 29 / 32 of the total number respectively) and 44.347 / 106 / 82.352 / 64 / 32 respectively. Two regions had intermediate professional technical titles. The proportion of food inspectors was 48 / 93 / 195 and 45 / 81 / 178, respectively, and the proportion of food inspectors with undergraduate education in two regions was 50 / 91 / 183) and 48 / 85 / 178 respectively. The average compliance rate of category A projects in two regions was 32.5 / 2484. Conclusion the ability of food inspection in the two regions of the disease control system is more balanced, the inspection items are mainly in the food category, the food examiners are mainly intermediate and junior professional technical titles, and the educational level is mainly undergraduate and college students.
