【摘要】：隨著科學(xué)信息化的不斷發(fā)展,人力資源的管理與開(kāi)發(fā)在我國(guó)的社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程中顯得格外的重要。從我國(guó)博物館事業(yè)的發(fā)展進(jìn)程來(lái)看,有效的人力資源開(kāi)發(fā)與管理對(duì)我國(guó)博物館事業(yè)的發(fā)展起到了重要的作用。因此,本文主要從我國(guó)博物館人力資源開(kāi)發(fā)與管理中存在的問(wèn)題以及應(yīng)對(duì)措施展開(kāi)深入的研究。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of scientific information, the management and development of human resources is particularly important in the process of socialist modernization in China. From the point of view of the development process of the museum cause in our country, the effective human resource development and management have played an important role in the development of the museum undertaking of our country. Therefore, this article mainly from our country museum human resources development and the management existence question as well as the countermeasure carries on the thorough research.
