【摘要】：政府要通過制度設(shè)計,引領(lǐng)和支持女大學(xué)生面向基層社區(qū)就業(yè)。人力資源和社會保障、民政以及婦聯(lián)等部門應(yīng)聯(lián)合制定女大學(xué)生弱勢群體社區(qū)就業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)扶持計劃,實施"社區(qū)女干部、社區(qū)女醫(yī)生、社區(qū)養(yǎng)老創(chuàng)業(yè)"工程,搭建女大學(xué)生就業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)多元立體平臺,實現(xiàn)男女平等就業(yè),這是社會主義制度的內(nèi)在要求。
[Abstract]:Through system design, the government should lead and support female college students to face grassroots community employment. Departments such as human resources and social security, civil affairs and women's federations should jointly formulate a community employment and entrepreneurship support plan for disadvantaged groups of female college students, and implement the project "Community Women cadres, Community Women doctors, Community Entrepreneurship," It is the inherent requirement of socialist system to set up a multi-dimensional platform for the employment of female college students and to realize equal employment between men and women.
