【摘要】：應(yīng)用、實施管理會計的理念和方法,對當(dāng)前我國企業(yè)應(yīng)對同質(zhì)化競爭、轉(zhuǎn)型升級、全面提升管理能力具有重要的意義。對化工企業(yè)來說,由于生產(chǎn)流程的特殊性和計量工作的復(fù)雜性,實施管理會計相對于一般制造業(yè)來說具有更大的難點,需要對實施對策加以研究。文章主要分析了化工企業(yè)實施管理會計的難點,并從宏觀政府層面推動、理論研究以及微觀企業(yè)層面管理層、業(yè)務(wù)層、人力資源和信息基礎(chǔ)工作層面提出對策,以期為管理會計在化工企業(yè)的實施提供建設(shè)性意見。
[Abstract]:The application and implementation of the concept and method of management accounting is of great significance for the enterprises in our country to cope with the competition of homogeneity, transform and upgrade, and improve the management ability in an all-round way.For chemical enterprises, because of the particularity of production process and the complexity of metrological work, the implementation of management accounting is more difficult than that of general manufacturing industry, so it is necessary to study the implementation countermeasures.This paper mainly analyzes the difficulties of implementing management accounting in chemical enterprises, and puts forward some countermeasures from macro government level, theoretical research and micro level management, business level, human resources and information basic work level.In order to provide constructive advice for the implementation of management accounting in chemical enterprises.
