【摘要】:正當(dāng)前,主流媒體融合已進入深度融合發(fā)展期,作為影響這一進程的關(guān)鍵性因素,人才的作用愈發(fā)明顯。筆者認(rèn)為,"創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)者"是主流媒體融合發(fā)展中最重要的人才變革趨勢,應(yīng)借鑒互聯(lián)網(wǎng)公司的人才管理理念,實施更加積極的人力資源管理變革。主流媒體面臨的人才困境1.傳統(tǒng)媒體優(yōu)秀人才流失嚴(yán)重。伴隨經(jīng)濟效益的下滑和社會影響力的下降,傳統(tǒng)媒體最引以為傲的專業(yè)新聞生產(chǎn)能力正在遭受重大考驗:中青年骨干出走其他行業(yè)或自主進行內(nèi)容
[Abstract]:At present, mainstream media fusion has entered a period of deep integration and development. As a key factor affecting this process, the role of talents is becoming more and more obvious.The author believes that "innovative entrepreneur" is the most important trend of talent reform in mainstream media integration and development.
