【摘要】：綠色職業(yè)是綠色經(jīng)濟時代的新生事物,理解、界定綠色經(jīng)濟與綠色職業(yè)的不同立場和角度,導(dǎo)致綠色職業(yè)分類的不同結(jié)果。相對而言,廣義的綠色職業(yè)分類,更符合中國社會發(fā)展綠色經(jīng)濟的實際情況,也更有利于發(fā)揮職業(yè)分類對人力資源開發(fā)與利用的引導(dǎo)作用。從中美兩國綠色職業(yè)分類比較來看,中國綠色職業(yè)的種類數(shù)量和占職業(yè)分類體系的比重均高于美國,但是,兩國綠色職業(yè)在綠色經(jīng)濟領(lǐng)域的分布情況大致相同,綠色經(jīng)濟活動對職業(yè)發(fā)展的影響結(jié)果相近。深化綠色職業(yè)認識、深入職業(yè)分類研究、加強綠色職業(yè)培訓(xùn)、關(guān)注國際綠色職業(yè)動態(tài)等舉措,是中國綠色職業(yè)拓展的路徑。
[Abstract]:Green occupation is a new thing in the era of green economy. Understanding and defining different positions and angles of green economy and green occupation lead to different results of green occupation classification.In contrast, the broad category of green occupation is more in line with the actual situation of China's social development of green economy, but also more conducive to the role of occupational classification in the development and utilization of human resources.From the comparison of the green occupation classification between China and the United States, the number of categories and the proportion of green occupation in the occupational classification system in China are higher than those in the United States. However, the distribution of green occupations in the green economy between the two countries is roughly the same.The effect of green economic activities on career development is similar.Deepening the understanding of green occupation, deepening the study of occupational classification, strengthening green vocational training, and paying attention to the international green career trends are the paths for the development of green occupation in China.
