【摘要】：本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法及專(zhuān)家咨詢(xún)法來(lái)探索當(dāng)前我國(guó)護(hù)理體系存在的問(wèn)題,圍繞護(hù)理人力資源配置、學(xué)科發(fā)展建設(shè)、護(hù)理價(jià)值實(shí)現(xiàn)三方面分析現(xiàn)存的突出問(wèn)題并提出對(duì)策建議。分析結(jié)果表明,護(hù)理人力資源配置,在護(hù)士數(shù)量、學(xué)歷水平、年齡結(jié)構(gòu)、隊(duì)伍穩(wěn)定性等方面存在問(wèn)題;在護(hù)理學(xué)科發(fā)展建設(shè)方面,專(zhuān)業(yè)課程設(shè)置、人才培養(yǎng)模式、經(jīng)費(fèi)投入問(wèn)題較為突出;護(hù)理服務(wù)價(jià)格偏低、護(hù)士收入偏低、護(hù)理價(jià)值得不到體現(xiàn)同樣是阻礙護(hù)理事業(yè)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題。針對(duì)上述突出問(wèn)題,在加強(qiáng)護(hù)理隊(duì)伍建設(shè)和提升護(hù)理服務(wù)質(zhì)量、加快學(xué)科建設(shè)和人才培養(yǎng)、健全護(hù)理收費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和提高護(hù)士待遇三方面提出對(duì)策建議及建設(shè)策略,以期為構(gòu)建新型護(hù)理體系提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the methods of literature research, questionnaire survey and expert consultation are used to explore the problems existing in the nursing system of our country, which focus on the allocation of nursing human resources and the development of the discipline.The three aspects of the realization of nursing value were analyzed and the countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.The results show that there are some problems in the allocation of nursing human resources, such as the number of nurses, the level of education, the age structure, the stability of the team, the development and construction of nursing discipline, the setting of specialized courses, the training mode of talents, and so on.The cost of nursing service is on the low side, the nurse's income is on the low side, and the nursing value is not reflected, which is the key problem that hinders the development of nursing cause.In view of the above outstanding problems, the countermeasures and construction strategies were put forward in strengthening the construction of nursing team and improving the quality of nursing service, speeding up the subject construction and talent training, perfecting the nursing fee standard and improving the treatment of nurses.In order to provide the basis for the construction of a new type of nursing system.
