【摘要】：2015年中國對外直接投資流量達到了 1456.7億美元,位居世界第二位。隨著中國與東盟自由貿易區(qū)的正式成立和“一帶一路”戰(zhàn)略如火如荼的展開。東盟逐漸成為中國企業(yè)直接投資熱門地區(qū)。而東盟地區(qū)文化特點鮮明,表現(xiàn)為:“多民族、多宗教、多語言”,因此其復雜的文化環(huán)境是中國企業(yè)進行國際直接投資不得不面對的問題。由于文化差異的客觀存在,因忽視文化差異導致失敗的案例屢見不鮮。因此,文化因素對國際直接投資的影響也越來越凸顯,國內外學者也在不斷加強此方面的研究。因此本文以東盟地區(qū)成為中國企業(yè)直接投資的熱點地區(qū)為背景,從跨文化角度,分析文化差異對中國企業(yè)直接投資的影響。本文采用文化差異影響國際直接投資的機理模型作為理論基礎。通過研究文化差異作用于“區(qū)位選擇、進入模式選擇、海外市場人力資源管理、海外市場市場營銷”四個方面,來尋找文化差異作用于國際直接投資的微觀傳導機制。然后,通過敘述文化差異帶給中國企業(yè)投資東盟的挑戰(zhàn),來說明文化差異造成的具體現(xiàn)狀。并通過對比中國與東盟國家文化差異,找到東盟國家區(qū)別于中國的文化特征,并將這些文化特征運用于文化差異影響FDI機理模型中,來具體分析其是如何影響中國企業(yè)投資東盟具體決策的。最后通過正反倆個案例闡述總結經(jīng)驗,給出合理的投資建議。
[Abstract]:China's foreign direct investment flows reached $145.67 billion in 2015, the second largest in the world.With the formal establishment of China-ASEAN Free Trade area and Belt and Road, the strategy is in full swing.ASEAN has gradually become a hot area for Chinese enterprises to invest directly.However, the cultural characteristics of ASEAN region are distinct, such as: "multi-nationality, multi-religion, multi-language", so its complex cultural environment is a problem that Chinese enterprises have to face in their international direct investment.Due to the objective existence of cultural differences, the failure caused by ignoring cultural differences is common.Therefore, the impact of cultural factors on international direct investment is more and more prominent, and scholars at home and abroad are constantly strengthening the research in this area.Therefore, in the context of ASEAN becoming a hot spot of Chinese enterprises' direct investment, this paper analyzes the influence of cultural differences on Chinese enterprises' direct investment from the perspective of cross-culture.This paper uses the mechanism model of cultural difference to influence international direct investment as the theoretical basis.By studying the four aspects of cultural difference acting on "location choice, entry mode choice, overseas market human resource management and overseas market marketing", this paper tries to find out the microcosmic transmission mechanism of cultural difference acting on international direct investment.Then, by describing the challenges that cultural differences bring to Chinese enterprises to invest in ASEAN, the paper explains the specific situation caused by cultural differences.By comparing the cultural differences between China and ASEAN countries, this paper finds out the cultural characteristics of ASEAN countries that are different from China, and applies these cultural characteristics to the FDI mechanism model of the influence of cultural differences.To the specific analysis of how Chinese enterprises to invest in ASEAN specific decisions.Finally, through the positive and negative two cases to sum up the experience, give reasonable investment advice.
