【摘要】：目的了解上海市社區(qū)創(chuàng)口護(hù)理工作開展現(xiàn)狀,以為其工作管理和人才培養(yǎng)提供依據(jù)。方法于2014年4月,采用立意抽樣法,在上海市抽取12家社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)中心,在每家社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)中心抽取護(hù)理管理者或骨干護(hù)士1名,共納入12名。采用焦點(diǎn)小組訪談法進(jìn)行資料收集,采用主題詞分析法進(jìn)行資料分析。結(jié)果上海市社區(qū)創(chuàng)口護(hù)理情況較嚴(yán)峻,創(chuàng)口類型以壓瘡為主,創(chuàng)口損傷程度較嚴(yán)重,以老年患者居多,且家庭照護(hù)者創(chuàng)口護(hù)理知識(shí)相對(duì)缺乏;社區(qū)專業(yè)創(chuàng)口護(hù)理師缺乏,專家型人才缺如,教育尚處于初始階段;社區(qū)創(chuàng)口護(hù)理管理體系不完善。結(jié)論上海市社區(qū)創(chuàng)口護(hù)理需求較高,但人力資源較匱乏,管理體系欠完善。應(yīng)加強(qiáng)社區(qū)創(chuàng)口護(hù)理人才培養(yǎng),建立適合社區(qū)的創(chuàng)口護(hù)理模式。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the current situation of community wound nursing in Shanghai and to provide basis for its work management and talent training.Methods in April 2014, 12 community health service centers in Shanghai and 1 nursing administrator or backbone nurse in each community health service center were selected by the method of intention sampling, and 12 nurses were included.Focus group interviews were used to collect data and thematic word analysis was used to analyze the data.Results the situation of community wound nursing in Shanghai was severe, the type of wound was mainly pressure sore, the degree of wound injury was more serious, the elderly patients were the majority, and the family carers lacked the knowledge of wound care, and the professional wound nurses in the community were short of them.Lack of expert talents, education is still in the initial stage, community wound nursing management system is not perfect.Conclusion the demand of community wound nursing in Shanghai is high, but the human resources are scarce and the management system is imperfect.We should strengthen the training of community wound nursing talents and establish a suitable mode for community wound nursing.
