中美體育經(jīng)紀(jì)行業(yè)比較——兼論中國體育經(jīng)紀(jì)行業(yè)制度優(yōu)化

【摘要】:通過分析中美體育經(jīng)紀(jì)行業(yè)不同的運行特征,認(rèn)為中美體育經(jīng)紀(jì)行業(yè)根植于不同社會背景和體育制度環(huán)境,形成不同產(chǎn)業(yè)環(huán)境下的體育經(jīng)紀(jì)運作方式、不同法制建設(shè)下的行業(yè)規(guī)范、不同人力資源體系下的行業(yè)素質(zhì)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出中國體育經(jīng)紀(jì)制度的優(yōu)化要遵循"適當(dāng)管理""尊重行業(yè)模式""以人才培養(yǎng)為基點"的基本原則;推行漸進式的市場化轉(zhuǎn)型,在法制和行業(yè)規(guī)范逐步完善的過程中,建立符合社會主義市場經(jīng)濟體制的體育經(jīng)紀(jì)運作方式;通過政府管理和行業(yè)自治,規(guī)范體育經(jīng)紀(jì)人的資格認(rèn)證、業(yè)務(wù)管理、違規(guī)處罰等制度,構(gòu)建良性的體育經(jīng)紀(jì)人成長與監(jiān)督機制。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the different operating characteristics of the sports brokerage industry in China and the United States, it is considered that the sports brokerage industry in China and the United States is rooted in different social background and sports system environment, forming the sports brokerage operation mode under different industrial environment.Different legal system under the industry norms, different human resources system under the industry quality.On this basis, it is proposed that the optimization of China's sports brokerage system should follow the basic principles of "proper management," "respect the industry model" and "take talent training as the basis", and carry out the gradual market-oriented transformation.In the process of gradually perfecting the legal system and industry norms, we should establish a sports brokerage operation mode that conforms to the socialist market economy system, standardize the qualification certification and business management of sports brokers through government management and industry autonomy,The system of illegal punishment and so on, constructs the benign sports broker growth and the supervision mechanism.
