【摘要】：目的了解寧夏鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)衛(wèi)生院衛(wèi)生資源現(xiàn)況,分析現(xiàn)存問題并提出與寧夏社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展相適應(yīng)衛(wèi)生資源改進(jìn)措施,為寧夏基層衛(wèi)生事業(yè)進(jìn)一步的發(fā)展奠定基礎(chǔ)。方法從寧夏188所鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)衛(wèi)生院中隨機(jī)抽取60所,采用自行設(shè)計(jì)的鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)衛(wèi)生院現(xiàn)況調(diào)查表對(duì)其進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)衛(wèi)生院總體危房面積為9.4%,平均占地面積為(1998±1570)平方米,平均危房面積為(189±323)平方米;無床、1~20床衛(wèi)生院用房建設(shè)全部達(dá)標(biāo),1所21~99床衛(wèi)生院占地面積不足國家建設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn);中心衛(wèi)生院在占地面積、危房面積和其他面積情況比一般衛(wèi)生院好,且差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);衛(wèi)生院醫(yī)療設(shè)備一般配備缺乏;鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)衛(wèi)生院護(hù)理人員層次低、結(jié)構(gòu)不合理,且10.9%的基層衛(wèi)生院無護(hù)理人員。結(jié)論衛(wèi)生院在占地面積建設(shè)上整體良好,需進(jìn)一步注重環(huán)境及人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè),在配備醫(yī)療儀器設(shè)備的過程中需通過"外引內(nèi)煉"提高醫(yī)療設(shè)備和人力資源建設(shè),使基層鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)衛(wèi)生院因地適宜地更好、更快、可持續(xù)地健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the present situation of health resources in Ningxia township health centers, analyze the existing problems and put forward measures to improve the health resources in line with the social and economic development of Ningxia, so as to lay a foundation for the further development of the basic level health care in Ningxia.Methods A total of 60 township hospitals were randomly selected from 188 township hospitals in Ningxia.Results the total area of dangerous houses in township health centers was 9.4, with an average occupation area of 1.98 鹵1570 square meters and an average area of 189 鹵323 square meters.The situation of the central health center in the area of occupation, the area of dangerous houses and other areas is better than that of the general hospitals, and the difference is statistically significant (P 0.05); the medical equipment of the hospitals is generally lacking; the level of nursing staff in township hospitals is low, and the structure is unreasonable.And 10.9% of the primary hospitals had no nursing staff.Conclusion the construction of medical facilities and human resources should be improved in the process of equipping medical instruments and equipment, and the construction of medical facilities and human resources should be improved by the construction of medical facilities and human resources, as a whole, the hospital should pay more attention to the construction of environment and human resources in the construction of the occupied area.Make grass-roots township health centers more suitable, faster, sustainable and healthy development.
