【摘要】：自上世紀(jì)九十年代起,西方發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家正式提出了知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)的概念,說(shuō)明世界經(jīng)濟(jì)已經(jīng)開(kāi)始經(jīng)歷規(guī)模宏大的膨脹和發(fā)展,并由此步入知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)的時(shí)代。伴著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化發(fā)展的步伐,尤其是改革開(kāi)放以來(lái),中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)增速迅猛,城市的發(fā)展越來(lái)越快,企業(yè)在城市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中起到了不可忽視的作用,而企業(yè)的發(fā)展依賴(lài)于企業(yè)中的人才,因此人力資源對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的促進(jìn)作用不言而喻。為了增強(qiáng)企業(yè)和社會(huì)對(duì)人力資源的重視程度,本文重點(diǎn)介紹了當(dāng)代知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)背景下,人力資源對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的作用。
[Abstract]:Since the 1990s , the western developed countries formally put forward the concept of knowledge economy , which indicates that the world economy has started to experience massive expansion and development , and thus entered the era of knowledge economy . With the development of economic globalization , especially since the reform and opening up , the development of the economy has been growing rapidly . The development of the enterprise depends on the talents in the enterprise . Therefore , the promotion of human resources to the economic growth is self - evident . In order to enhance the attention of enterprises and society to human resources , this paper focuses on the role of human resources in economic growth .
