【摘要】：本文利用logistic模型,結(jié)合調(diào)研資料,實(shí)證分析了農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社對(duì)政府依賴意愿的影響因素,認(rèn)為目前影響合作社對(duì)政府依賴意愿的主要因素有合作社發(fā)起主體、理事長(zhǎng)受教育水平、是否接受過(guò)政府支持、2011年未分配利潤(rùn)、成立時(shí)間、決策一人一票的性質(zhì)。進(jìn)一步提出了有條件的鼓勵(lì)外部力量的支持;加強(qiáng)對(duì)合作社人力資源的開(kāi)發(fā)和引進(jìn);對(duì)合作社進(jìn)行扶持的同時(shí)要適度干預(yù),給予更多的管理自主權(quán);對(duì)成立時(shí)間長(zhǎng)、發(fā)展好的合作社,政府的支持可以適當(dāng)傾斜;完善法律法規(guī),確保農(nóng)民利益等建議。
[Abstract]:Based on the logistic model and the investigation data, this paper empirically analyzes the influencing factors of farmers' professional cooperatives' willingness to rely on the government, and concludes that the main factors that affect the cooperative's willingness to rely on the government are the cooperative initiators.The president is educated, has received the government support, 2011 undistributed profit, the establishment time, the decision one person, one vote nature.It further proposes to encourage the support of external forces on a conditional basis; to strengthen the development and introduction of cooperative human resources; to support cooperatives with appropriate intervention and to give more managerial autonomy; and to increase the duration of their establishment,To develop a good cooperative, the support of the government can be inclined appropriately, and the suggestions of perfecting the laws and regulations and ensuring the interests of the peasants are also suggested.
