【摘要】：正隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融時代的到來,快速響應(yīng)千變?nèi)f化的業(yè)務(wù)需求及在敏捷開發(fā)過程中保障信息系統(tǒng)的安全,是銀行業(yè)正在面臨也必須解決的關(guān)鍵問題。但以往信息系統(tǒng)安全性保證只在測試、運(yùn)維階段關(guān)注安全性的管理方式,往往治標(biāo)不治本,而且國內(nèi)股份制商業(yè)銀行內(nèi)部科技開發(fā)人力資源有限,大量開發(fā)工作依賴于合作公司,開發(fā)質(zhì)量參差不齊且人員流動性較大,即使反復(fù)開展安全培訓(xùn)也難以保證所開發(fā)的產(chǎn)品安全質(zhì)量達(dá)到行內(nèi)要求。為解決上述困難,民生銀
