【摘要】:隨著信息技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)、移動(dòng)互聯(lián)的出現(xiàn)和消費(fèi)者需求的不斷提高,涌現(xiàn)出許多與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)應(yīng)用相關(guān)的新的商業(yè)模式,這種模式主要體現(xiàn)在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)與傳統(tǒng)商業(yè)、生產(chǎn)、消費(fèi)模式的整合或滲透,以此衍生出了像物聯(lián)網(wǎng)、云計(jì)算、大數(shù)據(jù)等許許多多的新業(yè)態(tài)。貴州將大數(shù)據(jù)作為經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的重要戰(zhàn)略,給許多像LCXY公司這樣的中小型軟件企業(yè)帶來(lái)了很好的發(fā)展機(jī)遇,但與此同時(shí),由于越來(lái)越多國(guó)內(nèi)外知名軟件企業(yè)入駐本省,LCXY公司也面臨著巨大的挑戰(zhàn)。LCXY公司是貴州省的一家普通軟件企業(yè),為了適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)發(fā)展需求和貴州省大力發(fā)展大數(shù)據(jù)的機(jī)會(huì),公司雖然進(jìn)行了一定的改革,但是仍然存在著人力資源結(jié)構(gòu)和配置不合理的問(wèn)題,在人力資源的招聘、管理、使用、培訓(xùn)等方面無(wú)法找到適合企業(yè)發(fā)展的途徑和機(jī)制,缺乏科學(xué)的人力資源戰(zhàn)略。本文根據(jù)LCXY公司的實(shí)際情況,并充分考慮企業(yè)面對(duì)新業(yè)態(tài)發(fā)展所帶來(lái)的人力資源困惑及企業(yè)在改革過(guò)程中取得經(jīng)驗(yàn),采用了PEST分析法及調(diào)查訪問(wèn)法對(duì)公司所處的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行了分析,找到了LCXY公司人力資源戰(zhàn)略存在的問(wèn)題,并提出了適合LCXY公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的人力資源戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)及五年內(nèi)的人力資源戰(zhàn)略。通過(guò)對(duì)LCXY公司人力資源供需預(yù)測(cè)及供求平衡等內(nèi)容的研究,本文進(jìn)一步針對(duì)LCXY公司人力資源的五年戰(zhàn)略,從企業(yè)組織結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化計(jì)劃、人員招聘計(jì)劃、績(jī)效計(jì)劃、薪酬計(jì)劃、員工培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃、員工發(fā)展計(jì)劃、企業(yè)文化建設(shè)計(jì)劃幾個(gè)方面構(gòu)建了新業(yè)態(tài)下適合LCXY公司發(fā)展的人力資源戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃的各項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù)計(jì)劃,并提出了與之相適應(yīng)的實(shí)施步驟、評(píng)估方法及企業(yè)在組織、制度、技術(shù)、資金方面的保障措施,以指導(dǎo)公司在激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中取得以人力資源為主導(dǎo)的、新的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),對(duì)貴州省本地其他同類(lèi)型企業(yè)解決在新業(yè)態(tài)下的人力資源問(wèn)題也有一定的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the transformation and upgrading of the information technology industry, the emergence of the mobile Internet and consumer demand continues to improve, the emergence of many applications and Internet technology related to the new business model, this model is mainly reflected in the Internet and traditional business, production and consumption patterns of the integration and penetration, as derived as networking, cloud computing, big many new data formats and more. Guizhou will big data as an important strategy for economic growth, many companies such as LCXY, small and medium-sized software enterprises has brought good opportunities for development, but at the same time, as more and more domestic and foreign well-known software companies settled in the province, LCXY company is also facing the huge challenge of.LCXY company is an ordinary software enterprises in Guizhou Province, in order to adapt to the development of big data market demand and development opportunities in Guizhou Province, although the company was reformed, but still There is a structure and allocation of human resources is not reasonable, in the recruitment of human resources, management, use, training and other aspects can not find the way and mechanism for the development of enterprises, the lack of scientific human resource strategy. According to the actual situation of LCXY company, and give full consideration to the enterprise human resources and enterprises face confusion brought by the new state development experience gained in the reform process, using the PEST analysis method and investigation method of analysis on the company's internal and external environment, find the existing problems of LCXY company human resource strategy, and put forward the development strategy for LCXY company's human resources strategy and human resources strategy within five years through the research of LCXY company human resources supply and demand forecasting and supply and demand balance and so on, this paper further studies the LCXY corporation human resources strategy for five years, from the enterprise organization structure optimization Planning, personnel recruitment, performance planning, compensation plan, employee training plan, staff development plan, plan for construction of enterprise culture to construct the development of new formats for LCXY company human resources under the strategic planning of the business plan, and put forward the corresponding implementation steps, evaluation methods and enterprise in the organization system technology, capital, safeguard measures, to guide the company in the fierce competition in the market to obtain human resources as the leading factor, a new competitive advantage, also have certain reference value to the Guizhou province local other enterprises solve the problem of human resources in the new format.
