【摘要】:隨著職業(yè)教育的迅速發(fā)展,中等職業(yè)學校為社會培養(yǎng)了大量的應用型技能人才,而應用型技能人才技能的高低主要取決于教師隊伍的整體素質(zhì)。教師隊伍的整體素質(zhì)不僅影響著學校的教學質(zhì)量,而且影響著學生的培養(yǎng)和中等職業(yè)學校的持續(xù)發(fā)展。而鄒城高級職業(yè)技術(shù)學校是一所國家級重點中等職業(yè)技術(shù)學校,要想在激烈的競爭中持續(xù)發(fā)展,鄒城高級職業(yè)技術(shù)學校就必須加強人力資源管理,通過教師績效考核的方式提高教師隊伍素質(zhì),以充分調(diào)動教師工作的積極性和主動性,發(fā)揮教師個人潛能,最終實現(xiàn)學校和教師雙贏,因此研究鄒城高級職業(yè)技術(shù)學校的教師績效考核對學校加強師資隊伍建設(shè)有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。本文共分為五個部分。第一部分:闡述鄒城高級職業(yè)技術(shù)學?冃Э己说倪x題背景、選題目的和意義,概述國內(nèi)外研究狀況、研究方法以及研究內(nèi)容。第二部分:介紹了教師績效考核的概念,績效考核過程中所運用的基本理論,績效考核的作用和方法,以及績效考核的原則與內(nèi)容。第三部分:介紹了鄒城高級職業(yè)技術(shù)學校教師績效考核的實際狀況。第四部分:采取問卷調(diào)查的方法找出鄒城高級職業(yè)技術(shù)學校教師績效考核中存在的主要問題,例如績效考核基本理念存在問題、實施效果不佳、反饋與改進不足等。從績效考核的認識不到位、考核指標缺乏調(diào)研和反饋不及時等多個方面深入分析了問題產(chǎn)生的原因。第五部分:通過借鑒國內(nèi)外有關(guān)教師績效考核的先進理論,結(jié)合鄒城高級職業(yè)技術(shù)學校教師績效考核的實際狀況,綜合采用多種考核方法。從更新教師績效考核觀念,增強教師績效考核制度建設(shè),完善教師績效考核的內(nèi)容等方面提出鄒城高級職業(yè)技術(shù)學校教師績效考核中存在問題的具體對策。通過本文的研究,希望能夠?qū)︵u城高級職業(yè)技術(shù)學校教師績效考核中存在的問題提供一些的具體對策和建議。同時也為同類性質(zhì)中等職業(yè)學校提供些許借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of vocational education, secondary vocational schools have trained a large number of applied talents for the society. The level of applied skills mainly depends on the overall quality of teachers, the overall quality of teachers not only affects the quality of school teaching. Zoucheng Advanced Vocational and Technical School is a state-level key secondary vocational and technical school, in order to continue to develop in the fierce competition. Zoucheng Advanced Vocational and Technical School must strengthen the management of human resources, improve the quality of teachers through the way of teacher performance evaluation, in order to fully mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of teachers, and give full play to the personal potential of teachers. For example, there are problems in the basic concept of performance appraisal, poor implementation effect, insufficient feedback and improvement, etc. The lack of investigation and feedback on the assessment indicators and other aspects of in-depth analysis of the causes of the problem. Part 5th: by learning from the advanced theory of teacher performance appraisal at home and abroad. Combined with the actual situation of teachers' performance appraisal in Zoucheng Senior Vocational and Technical School, various assessment methods are adopted synthetically, from updating teachers' performance appraisal concept and strengthening the construction of teachers' performance appraisal system.
